Hey guys,

just wanted to show you an amazing artwork my girlfriend got me for Christmas! It's by Gilles Bone ( http://gbillustrations.deviantart.com/ ) and shows me with my all-time favorite Pokemon team. And yes, I still play those games, they're great RPGs

Yeah well, I usually let my Mew learn one kickass Grass attack. And I'm also that one lunatic that trains his team to ~ 90.

I really, really, love that artwork.

Although the team isn't the strongest its quite an awesome set of pokémon!
One thing though.. Legendaries.. For realz?

Yeah, I really struggled to catch my very first Zapdos back in Red. Since then, I tried to incorporate it in every team. It really is a 1st Gen team, though. In later editions, I'd often exchange Zapdos for Ampharos, for example.

And once I figured out how to catch Mew in Gen 1 without cheat modules, it was set for life ;P

^Funny, I've picked up Yellow version during winter break and catching Mew was my first priority

that da vinci thing actually sounds fun to build as a design haha

and leonidas, those are freaking amazing man!

Its been fairly slow at work, so I've just been taking the park maps from our lobby and re-drawing them into this old book I found haha.
I'm getting better!

I did most of future world from EPCOT, though I'd like to try world showcase as well.

Both look fantastic. Particularly animal kingdom, colour it in photoshop and it will look incredibly impresive.

Started working on a more legitimate map project for the resort. We're launching a geocaching activity this summer, and I am in charge of developing the maps and imagery associated:]



Still in progress obviously, but I love how its turning out so far!

I really like the scheme you're going with there. It really has that "I want to explore that" vibe. Will you be adding cities/hwy numbers/etc for better identification of its location.

I'm trying to go for that old cartography style. Boats in the water [Disney Cruise Line?], little details and illustrations here and there, fancy compass rose, etc.

The main themes of our resort are Citrus, Treasure, and Environment [Sea Turtles]. So i'll be incorporating all three eventually.

Also, this is map one of three haha. This one is an overview map, while the other two are for the northbound and southbound trails.

There's more to that darkness than meets the eye...

Glad you guys like my drawings. I personally wasn't a huge fan of the Shadow besides the micro detailing.

Not directed at anyone in particular...I'm perfectly fine with people taking considerable inspiration from my drawings, but a heads up would be nice. I've had a few RCT3 parks in the past get plagiarized horrifically so I tend to dislike it when eerily similar stuff to mine pops up with no credit given.

It has occurred to me that i could be doing more productive things with my time

In my animation class we've been toying with Toon Boom, a program much like Flash but with just a few differences. Movies and shows like The Princess and the Frog and Family Guy are made with it.

I'd much rather use Photoshop to make my characters with as I like having tons of detail, but that's not really an option. Anyways, here's a still from a Star Wars short I'm making:
