Best thing there is is ConceptArt.org, but it's not too keen on photography, sadly.

Bart van Leeuwen on the other hand is great. I really enjoyed some of his older work which is has more disturbing underlying tones (depending on how you read into the images) than anything JZ has posted.

Made with MS Paint, based on the "Shining Force" game for GBA. Wow I never thought ms paint could do worth crap until now.

It's not bad. A lot better than some of the other stuff you've been posting.
