Hi everybody I've been working hard on this one for some time and people have seen this in the dump-place aswell.
The new park will feature 4areas,
Generic/mainstreet
Asia
Vikings
Atlantis
Currently I've only got post worthy stuff on asia and a little part of the mainstreet but I'd like your opinions how to improve on what I have so far...
This screen is from the Dump-place and shows what you see when you put your first steps inside the park, I thought it would be nice to be greeted in the way I installed the hammerhead-turn like this
This is a new screen and is more center in the asia section, as you can see the area has the ever present hyper-coaster but doesn't really dominates the section.
I hope you guys are as enthousiastic about this project as I am becase I'm really having a lot of fun building this park and I think that is still the most important part of playing anything...

Pretty nice, but the houses in picture 2 are definately two flat.
Moreover they dont look very-asian-like.
8Cars on that coaster please.
First screen is great. Just add lamps and benches. -

Thanks for all the replies you guys,
@Turbin3: Thanks and I really don't see how its not asian, I do agree they could be a little less flat but this needed to keep a good overall look in the section,(There's a really big building in this section)
@Sssammy: Thanks and I hope I'll give you a lot more opportunities to use these types of words for this project^^
@Hulkpower25: Thanks and I must admit everytime I continue building on the park I just stare at the hammerhead for 5min:)
@nin: I thought 8cars looked a bit short so yeah I'll keep 9cars
But thats it for replies, I've been busy a bit and I just happen to have worked on a nearly finished part of the mainstreet so I guess I can just show it to you guys^^
Again share me your thoughts and how to improve...

Nice man, great job! Personally I dont like adding a segment of track in the middle of the cobra, but that's just me.
Maybe change the supports leading up and out of the cobra (the small ones under it) from /\ to simply |? -
Wolfman Offline
Generally, I like the supports. But the shorter ones might be better if they were not A-frame.
I also like the catwalk in the center of the cobra, but I don't recall seeing catwalks on cobras. So it doesn't lend much for realisim's sake.
The station and foliage look great from what I can see.
First Post: Image One:
Nice mix of achetecture. But I don't think that the same overhang or canopy style would be the same on different styled buildings. (Brown tile roofs over sidewalk.) They should look more like the structures that they're attatched to.
I like the pit & the bridge in the background. The conssession stand is a nice addition. But the plain gray path seems barren and uninteresting. Good use of foliage.
First Post: Second image:
L-shaped structure W/Tower:
I really like the tower and the bend in the structure. That looks more asian than the rest of the structure. The slightly taller bit in the center is sort of close, and the brown bit should be converted to the black & gold style.
I have no idea why the style would be changed like half way through the structure, then changed back using different colors. It just doesn't make sense to me.
Cool foliage, but I'd loose that "Parking Lot/Barrier Fencing" and find something that would match-up better with the theme.Edited by Wolfman, 30 December 2009 - 09:33 AM.

I've seen a lot of boomerangs have catwalks in the cobra-roll
For example this one^^

I didn't say there is never a catwalk on a corbra roll. I just said I never SEEN a catwalk on a cobra roll. -

Yeah, but you said it doesn't lend much for realism's sake, giving him the assumption that you didn't know they had catwalks on the cobra rolls. -

Considering the coasters that I have seen, they didn't have catwalks on them. That doesn't say that I think that catwalks don't exist on cobra rolls. In fact, I said I LIKED the catwalk. Don't take a misunderstanding on your behalf and take it out of context and twist it to make me look stupid.
Here is The Ice Dragon at IoA. and Kraken at Seaworld, and Kumba at Busch Gardens, Tampa. Do you see any catwalks? No? Then shut up turds!Edited by Wolfman, 30 December 2009 - 11:00 PM.

Catwalks are pretty standard on Vekoma Boomerangs, but I must say I don't like it when people make ladders like this as they're terribly disproportionate.
Wolfman, those are B&Ms, which is why you don't see any catwalks. -

Wolfie, I never said anything about you not liking them or saying the catwalks don't exist, I am just saying you gave him the assumption that they didn't have catwalks on cobra rolls. Honestly I don't know if you think I was trying to be insulting. Honestly just shut up! I was just commenting and have a right to, stop acting so stuck up and rude and starting fights over the stuipidest things and maybe you will be treated with respect. You are so ignorant as to think everyone is stuipid, you even wrote in your location on rctspace that your location is away from the idiotic crowd, and you claim that NE picks at you like seagulls and crabs to a dead whale on the beach. I never tried making you look stupid, just tried to make a point, so shut the fuck up and stop acting like everone hates you and picks on you. -

It's not my fault that a simple statement based on personal experience and observation, was blown way out of purportion and whacked out by the likes of you. And now look who's all worked over and out of control. Subject closed. Get back on topic Turds!Edited by Wolfman, 31 December 2009 - 10:17 AM.
