I've done PLENTY of work on RCT websites (RCT Station, Danimation and Cav's RCT Depot), from judging parks, to running contests, to modding forums. I've done it all.

My life doesn't revolve around the words of a 13 year old British child. Sorry.

13, 14, 15.... All the same. And I don't mean child in a mean way..... Would 13 year old kid sound better? It doesn't matter who it is, my life doesn't revolve around the opinion of one.

Maybe categorize the designs into two or three 'classes' would be a good idea. Like normal designs from 13-15 and designs +15 are 'prestige designs' or something like that.

I know that would be hard for all the older designs to judge, but IMO it would help keeping the overview a bit more.

i think the origional plan (as far as i was aware) was the removal of designs But wisely, the admins agreed that it would be too much at once.

for one i think the quality of the design is apparant in the score in the first place, and more tiers would be more work, and counter productive ultimately imo.

Though it may seem counterinitiative to the simplifications that the accolade system recently went through, I have to agree with dave here. Just like regular parks differ hugely in quality, so does designs. Two classes might be enough, though three would perhaps be even better. I suggest: Keep the current minimum as it is (13), then next level is awarded at 15 and the highest at 17. If we only use two classes, just skip the middle one.

go and count the amount of designs that get 17 split

Ok, wait... 0? So I guess we should lower the limit to 15 then, since no one has been awarded 17 or over yet...

^Exactly what I was thinking. Some of the best work comes from designs.

Not sure if this is the right topic to post in but I have an idea for the site I'm sure you'll like posix: Javascript. If we could somehow post javascript on the site we could do a number of cool things..

-Slideshows for those who can't make animated gifs. (great for the dump place!)
-change the backround color of our posts. (to match the theme of our park)
-Convert hyperlinks to buttons (so that minature windows can popup if desired)
-embed flash objects (for basic chat)

I'm not sure how this could even work but at least the slideshow would be a cool idea. Hope you'll consider it!
