I bought a new computer case today. I'm so happy I made the switch.

This laser, in 2W 445nm. Pretty excited, actually. I work with lasers in my lab, and sadly this isn't quite as powerful as those, but I should still be able to catch paper and wood on fire. Should also be a fun tool to teach other people about lasers. Gonna get a cheaper red-spectrum pointer soon too, for shits (since I won't need glasses and some keys to operate it), probably 650nm in the sub-5mW range.

The most it would do is piss someone off and have the cops called on me. Thankfully I live so far from an airport that a plane passes over maybe once a week.
