    a. a single tile wind turbine.

    think nobody will make them cause they are hard to make with only this material. besides that I think the turbine will look very strange on only 1 tile cause the vins can only be 16 pixels long then....

    Be creative and make them out of what you have.
    I don't think the first thing would be too hard to make out of deco pieces
