    it is it is prod. there were lots of rules that did not allow lots of stuff.

    1. no trackitecture
    2. no hacking
    3. repay debt without trainers by year 6 of march
    4. get 2000 guests in park by year 6 of march
    5. park rating of 600 for park by year 6 of march.

    so that might explain it.
