No, not really Louis. I'm not even sure there's a proper analogy. If anything college football is more like the Premiership because there is just so much passion and loyalty--much more than the NFL. I think all sports in this country really lose their luster when you move up to the professional level. -

Yeah I agree with you gir.
I prefer collegiate and even high school sports over the professional level.
Unless it involves LeBron, of course. -

Dorsey was really good at UM, the guy lead us to a perfect season twice and nearly 2 championships. Harris has potential, but is not in the same class as Dorsey yet.Dorsey??? decent?? wow...this harris guy is waaaayyy better than dorsey was or ever could be...anyhoo, I went to bed too early...that must have been a good game!
Nice to see UM get ranked, I think if they win their next 3 games they could be the first team ever to start the season un-ranked and jump into the top 5 -

and Kong...I read the stats..your 18 yr old QB is for real. And, while I hope to god we win Saturday, I'm not so stupid to think that USC could come in and blow our butts out of the top ten
Boy I sure hope they do. Pac 10 loyalty aside, USC needs to wipe OSU's clocks so they come here riding high the following week so we can shock the world.
Becky... wait until you see Taylor Mays warming up before the game. The guy is just an absolute specimen and will make your jaw drop. He looks like a beast on TV, but it's nothing compared to live. -

^Two down for Atlantic. Our division doesn't look like it has any talent besides us and FSU. -

OK whatever Kumba...
SupremeScreamer...Terrelle Pryor, our QB is quite the specimen as well...and more beastly than Taylor Mays, but don't get me wrong, I respect USC....
So...I had a dream we were going to win
I guess we will see if it comes true tonight!
Eric got a ticket to the game tonight...lucky guy.
GO BUCKS!!!!

Holy shit.
Thursday night made me laugh, then go "eeeh..", then cry, then want to throw up.
We had the best possible first quarter like... ever. Our 2nd quarter was good, but what the FUCK? The defense decided to go away for the next two and a half quarters and we just BARLEY made it out with a win.
Paul Johnson's got his work cut out for him if we want to beat VT, Florida State and Miami.
But Miami, we'll get it together.. you're next. > -

Hey Becky (and any other OSU honks)......what do y'all think of that 19 year old kid now?
Watching him mature in the 4th Qtr should scare the rest of SC's opponents.
And, I knew Tressel's 4th down call early would come back to bite OSU in the ass. And, it did.
Fight on
Trojan Pride.
See y'all next year. -

I am really disappointed with the loss but wow...what a game! Our defense was fantastic tonight, especially considering we lost everyone to the draft last year. Pryor was not up to the challenge and Tressel was too conservative the second half.
Your quarterback is good but McKnight was your star. USC was extremely lucky to win this game...which begs the question...which team is really overrated?
I have no idea what a honk is...but I know that I'm not one of them
I'm also pleased that Michigan beat ND...even thought I hate Michigan...I love anyone who beats Notre Dame...
