Well, its been 2 years in the making (off and on). This is my big project park i started about 2 years ago and have been through glitches, different computers, and thought i had lost it all at one point but here it is in full and very near completion. Now I thought I'd just show a little while i tie up a few loose ends and prepare for its release. Like I said, its pretty much finished and i don't plan to change much from here. Please excuse the different styles of architecture as I have worked on this off and on over a 2 year period... and I'm nowhere near as good as most of you out there. However, you're more than welcome to comment or give an opinion.

The parks rides are set on a timeline starting in 1978 to 2009. This was originally done because there's a story and brochure I have put together but have decided to not finish just yet. I do plan on updated and additional years for the park. Each update will include improved asthetic value, new shops, improved architecture, landscaping, and of course new rides to come. The park is 150X150 and currently holds 15 rollercoasters, and about 20 other flat rides and attractions.

So, until then lets see some screens:

This is the Entrance Plazza, started about 2 years ago. There's more to the whole entrance, just not shown here

One of the first rides ever to be built in the park: Splash Mountain

and here is the first coaster to make it into the park. This rollercoaster would spark the coaster madness that would consumed the park. Kinda resembles an old galaxi design.

Although there are 15 coasters throughout the park, its not all coasters. Here is the small stadium which the high diving show can be seen.

There is definitely more to come before i finish up. Enjoy the screens (you haven't seen anything yet)

Really old school park you got here. And well done on being nearly done, especially for a 150x150 sized park!

Looks pretty good, especially the flume. I also like that galaxi coaster, don't see much of those in rct.

How you were able to fit 15 coasters on a 150x150 is beyond me. This park looks very fun and seems like a park i will really enjoy looking at in game. cant wait to see more

quality nostalgic stuff. easily best thing in the ad district now
  • reflex%s's Photo
    Very nice work. (:

I spot an invert! (Last screen, bottom right corner.)

Looks good though. I really like the Galaxi coaster.

Also, your park must be pretty dangerous to deserve it's own hospital. Will I lose a kidney if I ride one of the rides? :p

Thank you everybody so far. Good feedback. I'm glad this project gained some interest. I can't wait to let everyone download, but there's just a couple more things to touch up on. Til then, here's a few more pics from around the park.

This is the Milleneum Fear! Introduced to the park in 2000. Basically A speed coaster with tons of airtime. Quite popular amongst the peeps roaming the park... This was actually the first coaster i built in the park. The supports need to be redone but i've decided to leave them for now. maybe in the next updated park...

Here's is the parks floorless coaster Scream! and the tower ride Fear Fall. Scream! was also one of the earlier coasters built, so you'll have to excuse the odd support system once you see it in game.

There are a few more screens i'd like to share very soon. and then hopefully i'll have the park ready within the week. Thank you for all comments and interests.

I love the first screen in this topic. Everything is cool, except for the foliage... It's just filler. :)

I think the two first screens are the best looking ones, great atmosphere. I find the stadium to be a bit dull though, perhaps due to the colours, and 8 norwegian fir trees (or whatever they are called) in a row. Also I dislike how the speed coaster is surrounded only by a huge parking lot and water, atleast from what we can see in the screen. Rest is nice, simple but it works, and that double barrel roll looks pretty cool.
  • Lowenaldo%s's Photo
i love that double barrel roll over the path!

I like everything, but try to think of some different names. I can see how the all the names are based off real rides.

Splash Mountain, Millenium Fear (Force), and Scream are already rides.

Well, how about a few more screens:

This is a family inverted swinging coaster. One of the earlier coasters in the park.

And what is a giant rollercoaster park without a good old fasioned corkscrew coaster...
    Posted Image

One of my more favorite track designs in the park, this is Adrenaline. A stand-up coaster.

Here is the only wooden coaster in the park. One of the last coasters to be put in the park. I wanted a compact, fast and kinda rough woody with many twists and crossovers. It is also very popular with the locals.

And the station to the woody:

Thanks for the replys everyone. There will be more to come, and a release very soon.
  • RMM%s's Photo
    that wooden coaster is awesome
  • Tezee%s's Photo
Woodie of the looks really good
Have the track a block break system?
because the two trains travel very close together.
but otherwise everything looks really very harmonious from.

    I hope you understand me;)
  • Marlin%s's Photo
Tezee, I got what youre saying, no problem. There is no block breaks in the track. I have tweaked the station timing since that picture though - to make a little more realistic pacing.
  • Katapultable%s's Photo
As for all of the screens: nice work.

    I love the wooden coaster.

Wow, I am really digging this park! The wooden coaster looks beautiful and the last screen has so much atmosphere. A few things that I would look to recommend:

-In the first screen, the suspended coaster looks a little bit too intense to be billed as a family coaster, yet it too short to be considered a regular coaster. I would recommend you reworking the layout a little bit actually. Also I am really not feeling the tower around the chairlift that I think you are using for supports
-In the second screen, I think it would add to the atmosphere if you wrapped the corkscrews with Impulse coaster track to give it this effect
-Overall, the park seems a little bit flat. In those last 5 screens you showed there is absolutely no variation in the terrain aside from when it goes from water to land.

    I look forward to more!

thats a good looking woody you got there.
  • JDP%s's Photo
