You're pissed Darren? YOU'RE PISSED?!?!?!
I trade Boldin for LT and he SITS for two weeks in a row? Thankfully, I didn't need him or Fitzgerald tonight to get my team to 2-1 after a dismal first week (that I really DID forget to set my starters....not that it might have mattered but, I COULD be 3-0 now too). And, my man Sproles got shut down by Miami as well. I can't wait til week 6.
BTW...see how I had an epiphany and started Sanchez today? Trojan Pride, baby. That kid is the real shit. -

Hey, so I might actually get a win this time. I absolutely loved watching Sanchez and Cotchery hook up today--USC/NC State pride, baby? Either way, my Wolfpackers did not let me down, and I could have even started Hauschka without consequence. I may be in trouble at the RB position though with Westbrook, Barber, and Kevin Smith injured and Marshawn Lynch returning. -

Hey K0NG, you were pissed when LT got hurt. And yeah week 6 your looking like a strong favorite seeing as somehow none of your players have a bye week then and all of them seem to have good match-ups. I'll find a way to beat you anyways tho -

We'll see .
And, of COURSE I was pissed when the most reliable RB in the league that I had just traded one of my best receivers for ended up going DNP-I two weeks in a row. LT had missed HOW many games in his career because of injury prior to this? Yeah....one.
Anyway...I loved the matchups this week because EVERYONE was matched up with someone with the same, exact record. Not that that was all too surprising in week 3, but.....I thought it was cool.
I'm sure that I'm not alone in hating the fact that fucking Darren is the only undefeated MF now....(that's why I'm looking forward to week 6 with a fucking passion).
Anyway, congrats to the winners this week and.....it's ok Chris, even Detroit won today so it just shows that even truly shitty teams can get a win eventually.
So right now, it's pretty much
DRC (Darren)........3-0
LAA (K0NG)..........2-1
CDOG (Jared).......2-1
MILL (Josh)..........2-1
JDP (James).........1-2
LIT (Matt)...........1-2
RDU (Andy) and AWE (Chris) still waiting but.....the projection is RDU-105, AWE-75 (so, it's not looking all that good for AWE). But, stranger things have happened.
I'm just kinda bummed that maybe four (or six) more people couldn't have been involved in this...it's a lot of fun (unless you're 0-3) . -

Nice breakdown K0NG.
Picked up Steve Smith (NYG), not that I really needed another Giants WR, but he's to good not to take when I can just drop an underachieving Crayton. Still I can't decide who to use this week... imo Boldin is the only WR I have that will be an every week start. Just he's got his bye this week, so I need to find the right combo of Smith/Marshal/Manningham/Edwards...
Also yes I do have the two best TE's in Clark and Witten, only they have the same bye week 6 when I play K0NG. If anyone has any really good offers I might ship one of them, most likely Witten. -

Just to let you guys know, I went ahead and dropped Gonzales(IND) since he's out and picked up Sidney Rice(MIN). I may end up dropping Crabtree(SF) if they don't come to a decision soon, but I'll hold off on that one. Unless anyone wants to take a gamble and trade... -

My feelings are too mixed this week, this is when I hate Fantasy
Drew Brees is going up against the Jets Defense, and I hate having mixed feelings when watching the Jets so I ended up just putting the Cowboys D in this week, better then swapping Brees I guess -

*note to self* Never bench Steve Smith (NYG) again!
Gona be close with me and JDP, tho even if he is has like a 30 point led after today tomorrow I got Peterson, Rodgers and a top ranked Vikings D going, so yeah should be close... -

So, I debate late last night whether to start Sanchez again since he's been hot and N.O. seems to give up a lot of yardage/points or start Palmer against the dreadful Browns. I figure Cinn. is gonna be so far ahead by halftime that he'll be handing the ball off the entire 2nd half and stick with Sanchez. Cinn./ Clev. go OT and N.O. decides to play defense today. Fuck.
But, it's not over yet.Edited by K0NG, 04 October 2009 - 04:07 PM.

I don't want to speak too soon, but Rivers and Gates saved my ass from looking completely stupid because I left Barber and Smith on the bench. -

Nice comeback gir, helps to keep Top Gun off my heels
Gates bailed me out too. Was down 75-90 going into tonight and my opponent had 8 of his 9 go already and I only had Gates and Longwell tomorrow... only he's got AP tomorrow... well so do I vs. JDP, so I should get a least one win, two if im REALLY lucky... -
JDP Offline
I think I'm going to end up losing this one. I forgot to put in a running back in one of my slots like an idiot. Either way, just hope Green Bay's defense comes through along with Rogers having a bad day. Eh.

Hey you guys got to stay on-top of your teams. Don't expect people helping you that much, I did message JDP about his missing slot, but I guess he was not able to get online. Still I would have won, so at least there is no "what if".
Anyways 4-0 feels good especially when I did it with my two highest scorers on my bench, could have had 144 points. I warned you guys I was good
