lol, I stopped worrying about "losing to a girl" around 6th or 7th grade. It's actually been a rather beneficial strategy ever since...often, when you 'lose' you really end up winning in the long run. But, you'll figure that out someday when you start interacting with the fairer sex. Besides, it wouldn't have mattered who I was up against when almost every player I had, starters or bench, put up single-digit numbers today. Even if I'd had the foresight to swap in MJD and Sanchez, it wouldn't have done much good.

It pains me to see my team scoring so many points with my team not even in contention

Not a good start to my quest of upsetting Darren for the 2nd time this season. I really thought Lewis would have a decent game against the ATL secondary....until I realized who would be throwing to him (or not). I'd never seen Blaine Gabbert in "action" before. Think the Jags are second guessing letting Gerrard go right about now? I know Del Rio is. Besides...4.5 is a step up from what I've been getting from the disappearing act AKA Vernon Davis this season. And, I really like the matchups I have with Romo vs TB and CJ vs Indy. Plus, the Vikings should be so excited to have their main weapon back that he'll get a shitload of touches this week. If Moore can get some targets against the Vikings and Ed Reed shuts down VJax for one of his 2 point games...I should be in good shape.

That reminds me...has anyone heard "Jesus is a Broncos Fan"? It was sent to the local ESPN radio guys (Mason & Ireland) the other day from a listener that occasionally writes and performs humorous songs, mostly sports related. It's funny as shit even though it has a C/W feel to it. Some sample lyrics (as close as I can recall).....

I should have known better than to start a guy Deano dropped... did not really have any good flex guys tho... Romo, yeah he did good, but Cam can match that, then I think it's a safe bet that the Gronk betters 4.5... We'll see, but I am pretty sure it will be competitive...

@ the league page update. Nice move stealing my stranded Jim Mora quote for a headline too... I like it, just could care less about the consolation games. If in four weeks the Colts played the Jaguars in a mall parking lot it would not get any attention with the wildcard games going. I stopped doing the league updates mostly because I was busy with work and school. I do them for my cash league, but since you guys are all freeloaders I passed this year. Tell you what, I'll do the championship preview tho

Yeah, you should have. And, it seems to me that Cam needs to not only match, but double Romo's output (which would be 50.something) or you're pretty much fucked. And, it's the wrong team to be going against to even hope that that's gonna happen. I'm betting that he doesn't get more than 20. Gonna suck when you get beat by a dude that got beat by a girl, huh? Just scored about 50 pts in 3 minutes there with Stafford and Calvin, mental! This is the only league I'm alive in now so bring on the final!

Haha! I so want to play Robinson over Bryant this week. I'm trying to pluck up the courage, I can't believe you dropped him for mike williams... Bryant may be up against Asomugha but I just feel that after two weeks of 3 targets they'll try to force it... and Asomugha is not in the same class as Revis. To be honest I think Austin will get the points so Kahlil Bell is tempting too...
