K0NG will beat Phatage unless he gets nearly 40 from Antonio Brown and the Steelers D/ST... V-Jax went apeshit...

JDP is just about even with Chapelz and has 3 more players to go, but Chapelz's last guy is Vick, so JDP is not a lock, but has a good edge...

Top Gun got faulked up... gir should win, but it's still kinda up in the air...

Panther will lose to tdub, as well he should with his shitty roster management...

JKay is on thin ice... Comet only needs 32 points from Robbie Gould to get the win...

Daniel Thomas is killing me... could have traded him for Gore after week 3! Damn, well he's dropped after this week. Lynch is better than I expected, only had picked him up for name value. Was planning to use McGahee rather than Thomas... fuck... well Deano left a good amount of points on his bench too...

I'd been keeping an eye on the Deano/Kumba matchup for Supreme Master of the NE league pretty much all day today. It was a close match throughout but, about two hours into the afternoon games I was checking the scoreboard and noticed this:



Just doesn't get any tighter than that. Well...other than Cena's homophobic asshole.

Kumba, can you clarify how the playoffs and seeding will work? Are we going with just top 6 overall by record or division winners and two wildcards?

Currently the Intra Division record is the #1 seeding tie-breaker. ESPN says that when that's the setting you use the format is:

If Intra Division Record is selected, H2H Record, Total Points For, and Total Points Against will be used as further tie breakers (in that order).

So atm since we have the same overall record AND the same irtra division record ESPN has the next tie-breaker as H2H record (kinda ironic right? lol) I guess that makes me the #1 seed... Maybe next year we use points. I did most of theses settings in 2009 when I was still sorta new to fantasy football.

btw, while on the rule/setting subject I just noticed that for the playoffs there was still a 1-point home field advantage. Turned that off since this year we decided to drop that due to the mess it created in the championship game. We'll treat it like a trade veto vote since it's a rule change mid-season, so if you want the 1-point advantage back speak up now. I try to never change settings mid-season, but I think it was the plan anyways in this case, just it slipped past me.

I think it's top 6 with all the division winners. Never been 100% clear on it. btw Deano, we have both clinched playoff spots, more on that tomorrow when all the match-ups are official.

Haha Kong, honestly I'm fine with that. I made the right decision as to who to start and that's all I can do really, but the fact that the GIANTS WON really makes me not care about the result that much today. Yeah I think I'm essentially out of the running for playoffs but whatareyougoingtodo eh? And JDP's last post is 100% correct haha.
