In:Cities gets: Brandon Jacobs, Seyi Ajirotutu and Lawrence Tynes
K0NG gets: Terrell Owens, Hakeem Nicks and Ahmad Bradshaw
A kicker, a back-up RB and a like 4th string WR for three top players?!
I try not to get involved in other teams trades, but that's still a joke. Im gona send a PM to everyone asking if they think it should be vetoed and 7 yes votes will undo it. The trade does count unless 7 veto votes are cast. -

Also the three players Josh got are projected to score a combined 15 points this week. K0NG's is over 3x more at 47! My trades have been nowhere near that lopsided.
I will post the news post soon, been very busy lately... -

Now you know how everyone else feels when you get a Frank Gore for someone that ends up on the WW two weeks later. It sucks. But, no one's EVER asked to have any of your trades put to a fucking vote before and I think it's ridiculous that this trade is. Like I said, my GM (me) just got on the ball and pulled off a great trade for my Apes. Just because I beat you or anyone else to it shouldn't mean it has to be "approved" by fucking ANYONE.
There were no rules broken, there's nothing that says that this can't be done so having a 'vote' IS actually somewhat a violation of the rules. If you want to add a provision NEXT year that prohibits lopsided trades or that trades need approval, that's fine. But for now, what's done should be done and you just just kick your own ass for not beating me to it. You can't just make up rules as you go.
Edit: Just for kicks, I decided to compare Kumba's draft roster with his current roster. Only three draft picks remain and two of them are on the bench. Tell me there wasn't any finagling to somehow acquire Ray Rice, Frank Gore, Brandon Lloyd, Reggie Wayne, Vernon Davis, etc. I just happened to pull mine off in one fell swoop. If my trade gets "veto'd", I'd say we should go back and take a look at every lopsided trade anyone else has made and have a chance to veto them as well. You can't have it both ways. -

It's cool Kumba, K0NG's line up don't worry me (even though our division is by far the closest).
Anyone wanna trade players... Just offer.

^ That's because your opinion of yourself is too high. Had you actually mattered to me, I would have taken more time to formulate a response accordingly.
It's funny that you're all getting your panties in a wad. Had ANY one of you proposed this trade at any time during the season and had it accepted by the other owner, you'd have jumped at it. And if you deny that, you're a fucking liar.
I made a trade that none of the rest of you were either quick enough or smart enough to make. I beat you to the punch, get over it.
Also, Comet...as far as what you said in your PM about nobody else ever seeing anything wrong with Kumba repeatedly acquiring top notch players for scrubs...anyone that agrees with that is either stupid, lying or just doesn't give a fuck. -

Ok, my opinion of myself is too high, anyway...
Kumba's trades...Tell me there wasn't any finagling to somehow acquire Ray Rice, Frank Gore, Brandon Lloyd, Reggie Wayne, Vernon Davis, etc
-Rice for Schaub
-Gore/Beanie Wells for Witten/Garcon
-Brandon Lloyd for Ryan Torain
-Wayne/Henne for Roethlisberger/Gaffney
-Davis for Jennings
You see, Kumba skillfully used his draft and waiver pick ups to trade his way to a stacked team. When those trades were made both owners believed they were bettering their team, I would even do some of those trades right now if I had the players; for example I rather have Roethlisberger/Gaffney than Wayne/Henne, or Jennings over Davis. Your trade though, was made with the idea to benefit you, and downgrade the other owner's team. Do you not see this key difference?
It might be hard for you to admit that Kumba developed a better team than you without finagling, but he did -

Enough of this bullshit. Playing the LM card and vetoing it myself even if there are only a few veto votes. 3 top players for two "meh" guys and a kicker don't fly.
The most "uneven" of my trades came before the season and early into it. Also how about a list of guys I don't have after trades?
This is not a cash league K0NG, so I don't feel guilty about doing this. That trade is just fucked up and I think im more pissed at my friend Josh for making it. 1 player in a steal I can look the other way, two and id be annoyed, but three?!... not in my league. -

I'm siding with K0NG on this one. No one got to veto any trades prior to this, so why the sudden change? Let it go, the season is almost over. -
Maverick Offline
I could say that about nearly every trade this season.
Again, week 11... Let it go. -

Everybody knows what's happening here, In:Cities is giving up on the season, he doesn't actually want the players he got because he doesn't care about Fantasy Football anymore. He probably won't even fill a full starting lineup this week
You guys all see this, so why therefore are you asking 'why the sudden change'. The sudden change is that somebody gave up on the league, and in that case his players should be placed on waiver, not given unevenly to a team in the playoff hunt
The only reason I didn't veto this is because I wanted K0NG to look even worse when he lost, not because I thought it was fair at all. Let it go Kumba, if anything you'll look better if you win -

I think people are taking this way to seriously. I thought everyone else was in this for fun, but I guess not... -

I'm going to weigh in here...
This is absolutely ridiculous and the person most to blame is inCities.
Any trade in fantasy football is fine as long as both players perceive they are improving their team. That was the case with all of Kumba's trades, at the time each was made you could make a case for either side getting the higher value. That's the difference Maverick. He's dealt well, sure, but every time the other person has been trying to improve their squad. If you think this trade is the same as all the others you are badly mistaken.
This trade however, InCities has given up and clearly knows that he's not improving his team. Therefore it is collusion and should not be allowed.
The most ridiculous thing about this is that it invalidates all the effort everyone else has put into a league if one guy who's not playing anymore allows someone else to just take all their good players because they don't care anymore.
KONG - people play games because they want to win. That's the fun. So when you cheat like this - and it is cheating - it screws up the fairness of the whole competition. Play fairly or don't play at all. This isn't fair and you know it buddy. -

^Exactly
Yeah, and he just took some of the fun out of itI think people are taking this way to seriously. I thought everyone else was in this for fun, but I guess not..
People play RCT, little league, golf, they go snowboarind, skiing, whatever, all for fun. Yet most people that do these things still take them seriously
