Going into week 6 the big match-up was gir vs Maverick and it came down to Monday night when it ended in a thrilling... TIE?! Yep 81-81, first ever tie in league history and in the big match-up. In other week 6 news K0NG got his first win even without the help of a hobbled Antonio Gates. Kumba beat Comet who is now on another big streak, but we doubt he's happy about it being it's a four game losing streak. JDP, tdub and Chapelz all moved up to 4-2 with solid wins. So now we have an unbeaten on top, followed by the once beaten defending champ and he is followed by a 4-1-1 team who is just a notch above three hungry 4-2 squads. At the other end of the spectrum there are three 2-4 teams and another three 1-5 teams. That's a pretty big gap, but it insures us that there will be some comeback stories as eight teams will qualify for the playoffs. In week 7 things might not change much as four matches pit an "upper" level team vs a "lower" level team. The key exception is the match-up of JDP @ Chapelz where the winner will be in the top four at 5-2... unless it's another tie!

Looks like that tie I was making such a fuss was not a tie? idk never seen the points flux after Tuesday morning before. Will check all the stats myself if you guys want.

I checked the stats myself, I have a feeling they missed either the safety or sack points on the safety. But because of their official score posting on Saturday I was waiting until tomorrow to update my spreadsheet. A couple years ago, we had a game in which the winner changed 3 times before scores were finalized.

Sometimes this points system/ESPN confuses the shit outta me. Maverick has Seattle's D/ST and they're halfway through the 1st Qtr, show zeros across the board but have 10 points. WTF?

^the defense starts out with an automatic number of pts cuz they havent given up and points in real life.

So basically, as soon as the game starts every defense has 10 pts because they haven't allowed any RL points yet? I never noticed that...I thought that was just tallied at the end of the game. Learn something new every day.

I swear Maclin puts up huge numbers only when he's on my bench... What a pitiful show from everyone other than Flacco...

^^yep yep...no RL points = 10 pts for the D-ST in our league, so at kickoff, they get 10 pts cuz no points have been scored on them.

I took the Broncos who put up a -7 while the Redskins put up a 25
