I got it to sort of work by building the Intamin track 15 feet lower (I think) and raising it 1 clearance. It looks pretty good through the top of the top hat, but there is still some glitching. Also, like K0NG said the sides don't line up as the train goes right through the track. Right now I don't see anyway to fix this, unless someone can figure out how to tell the game to move the track back a bit.
Making objects of the track you use could be a solution ... -

^I'm doing just that. Gonna take a few days though as I'm absolutely swamped with shit to do. -

Can someone do some hacks for me on my current design? (rotating entrances/exits + make them invisible)
(didnt want to open a new topic for it. ) -

Add the connection points for the supports then too. Just saying but then it would be usuable -

The visible track is added later guys, if you would raise the yellow track now, you would raise the invisible track too and you would cause a crash. It would be possible if you would first built the invisible track / lower that one clearence. Then you would make it invisible, add the yellow track and raise both tracks (invisible + visible) to line up the invisible track with the existing ride track. Then you would test it to see it works.
I like it Dark Horse, however I would make the top smaller (the smallest that is possible)
dont know if it said already but you could build the "top" part higher and use the variables on the lower right in the MOM screen to make sure you only raise the "top" part 1 clearence. then you can use the rides edit screen to lower it a few units so its in place. it will still be 1 clearence higher then. -

Everytime when I want the trick of make the entrance invisible I get a error when I want the dummy track invisible, I do the same steps as the tut.
So do you know why?
When you want a screen I can give it. -

Hehe, it works, though I guess I'll restart this trick as I accidentally used the removing scenery tool on the land tiles. XD -

So this may have been answered many times but I don't want to sort through pages to find the right answer. I understand how you did the invisible objects hack (although I haven't actually tried it to see if I can do it) but I'm just wondering how you would go about making the base of a ride invisible (in my case a ferris wheel)
The main problem I foresee is that the base is built along with the ride and I wouldn't know how to separate it so that I don't just make the entire ride invisible.
Thanks in advance -

He didn't made it invisible, he lowered it underground.
With Map Object Manipulation, you can lower the station base (flatrides only) 1 clearence, so that it comes underground. Then you don't see the brown* bases anymore but the landtype you put under Not sure if you can lower it more then 1 clearence, I only used/tried with 1 since that does the trick . -

Some tiles of the base can be made invisible with the ride still working. I tried it with a merry-go-round and I deleted the corner tiles without problems. -

I'd say you all should take a look at Indiana Jones. the mini I made in the first round of the MM there I used a trick to make a ride base better invisible .
