I think WDW was supposed to have a bunch of original attractions, but after Disney died, they decided to base the park off Disneyland. That's why the two look similar. I can't name specifics, though. If I can find the source, I'll post it.

As much as I love Two-Face, I'd have to go with the Joker. Harvey would leave it to chance and then get killed.
