A bit surprised with the overall line-up of the park, but it's interesting nonetheless.

Wasnt expecting that... But awesome nonetheless. Im sure it will be one of the best coasters in America upon opening.

Reminds me vaguely of kumba from the screens. Maybe it's just the rct3 foliage:D

Hello! My name is Tommy Powers! I'm 13 years old and I'm from Charleston and I am a huge fan of Six Flags South Carolina!! I just got a GeoCities webpage and I'll be taking pictures of Six Flags South Carolina so that you can see them on line.

After Six Flags closed for the season, lots of work began in the dirt.

    Posted Image
    The entrance will go here.

    Later, coaster track arrived.

    Posted Image
It seems like the coaster was up in a few weeks!

    Posted Image
The coaster began testing in March!

The new Six Flags Parkway that was built next to the park gave me great photos.

    Posted Image
    Those are big drops!

    Posted Image
I am the most excited about the first drop into a tunnel!

The park opens in a few days, but I'll have some more "behind the scenes" photos tomorrow!

From what i can see this is a ROS clone from DL and SFAmerica...yes?

If so, and im not familiar with RCT3, is it possiblie to merege so you have the thin intamin track for the helixes and brake run, like in real life?

    Looks great so far, btw.
  • Dark_Horse%s's Photo
It looks more like his version of S:ROS. I know the SFA one has a huge turn at the bottom of the drop, and I can't see something like that (though that could just be my terrible eyesight). I agree that if merging is possible, use thin Intamin track for the brakes.

^ It's a custom design but it's most similar to the SFNE version.

    22nd Season

Hello! Six Flags opens tomorrow but here are some more photos from the off-season. I got a special preview of the ride testing last week. The ride looks really fast!

    Posted Image
The large sideways turn is right by the new main entranceway drive to the park.

    Posted Image
    That hill looks airtime-filled!

    Posted Image
Here you can see most of the last part of the ride.

    Here's the station!

I can't believe the park opens tomorrow! I can't wait to ride S:ROS!

Six Flags is entering the new millenium! The park opened today and of course I was there to check it all out!

I got to the park two hours before it opened. I'm a coaster enthusiast, why else?

Let's skip Undertaker, we've got bigger rides to get on!

    Posted Image
    See ya later, Batman!

Here is the entrance to Superman: Ride of Steel!

    Posted Image
The ride was INSANE! I've been on 94 coasters in total, but I can say with confidence that Superman takes the number one spot. The first drop is crazy and the next large hill gives you alot of airtime. The twists and turns of the second section pack some intense forces.

    Posted Image
I'll have more thoughts on Superman tomorrow! It's been a long day!

No you're still an idiot because you commented on something that you didn't have the correct information on(aka not seeing the screen)

I wish we had a better overall view of the ride, (and undertaker to, I still dont think ive seen all of that.)

But anyway its awesome. The archy is my favorite thing though, completly beautiful.
