I'm asking myself when will this park go away D:. Not that I don't love it. But i guess the insane amount of work you put in to this park and the amazing style that really captivates especailly me makes it so hard to quit working on. But I'm curious about your future parks. And this is too good to be a six flags park for me! -

Even though you say otherwise, sometimes I suspect you actually think this is real.
I wouldn't be surprised.
But that makes it more entertaining. Anyways I am not surprised Fraroc was banned from Coaster Crazy, and a blaze battle between him and Darkhorse would be pretty good, but I'd rather see a him and GigaG face off in QFTB.you might actually get serious responses to your own work instead of people just clicking on your subject to see what fucked up excuse you came up with this week.

Can we please get off the idea of me and fraroc battling? It won't ever happen; end of stoyry. Maybe the new ride is going to be a Giant Gyrodrop... -

Today we take one final ride on Viper.
Viper was well known for being the tallest coaster at the park. Derecho will soon reclaim that title.
It was no secret that Viper has been experiencing a decline in ridership.
With newer rides such as Batman, the "old-school" Viper didn't stand much of a chance.
But when the ride first opened, it wasn't uncommon to wait hours to get a ride on the Heatwave.
So it is sad to say that we bid farewell Viper.
We thank it for the countless years of fun rides.
The Six Flags South Carolina skyline will never be quite the same.

I hate the way looping coasters look in RCT3, they should have given them tri-rail track. -
fraroc Offline
Its not like tubular track is uncommon, look at Greezed lightnin and Montezuma, they have the same track as Viper does. I get the Idea that CD5 wants it to look like White Lightnin or King Kobra, but thats the limitations of RCT3I hate the way looping coasters look in RCT3, they should have given them tri-rail track.

yeah, but the loop should at-least have a thick loop support, the track looks like premier track or a Schwartzkopf compact and it gives the coaster a somewhat modern look. -

you mean the arch support? He could have done that. But It would look funny because of the custom spire supports.yeah, but the loop should at-least have a thick loop support, the track looks like premier track or a Schwartzkopf compact and it gives the coaster a somewhat modern look.

It's been two weeks since Viper closed, and the ride is already gone. There is no word yet on whether or not the ride will be sold or moved to another Six Flags park.
The day after Viper closed, its signage was gone.
The train was removed from the track.
Within a week, the ride's iconic loop disappeared.
And now, two weeks later, everything is gone. A large tract of dirt remains.
Whatever's coming next year is gonna be big.
I'll keep you updated.

What's stopping SFSC from being the first to have an Intamin mega? Sometimes I swear ya'll forget this is a game, and think this is real. -
Louis! Offline
^Nothing, but considering this is meant to be a highly realistic park that is following a realistic timeline and has done up til now, it is highly unlikely that 1998 will recieve an Intamin Mega, before the real-life first of 1999. -

UPDATE: If you liked CD5Productions on Facebook, relike the page. I had to make a new one. The twitter is still the same. I've already posted a couple of teasers!

I've been told that the new ride will be a prototype of some kind. Hmm...
Scooby Doo was closed for a couple hours earlier in the morning but reopened around noon.
I heard the Greenway Cafe will be closing within a few years. I wonder what will replace it...
Tidal Wave looks lonely over here! Hopefully the park will change that in a few years.
Derecho desperately needs a new coat of paint!
Fortunately, though, the ride itself is in decent shape.
I hope it sticks around for years to come!
The new ride's announcement will happen sometime early next week.
