Thanks for the replies!
@JJ, I've always had the philosophy that frequent updates = repeat viewers and that's only becausse that's how I am with parks. I'm alot more likely to follow a project if it's updated frequently than one that's rarely updated... or else I'll forget about it! -

10th Season
Good afternoon! We are approaching the busy (and warmer!) summer months and things are starting to heat up at Charleston Gardens Amusement Park. Have a great day and enjoy the update below!
- Joseph Reynolds
Charleston Railway has quietly closed for the rest of the season as a major re-routing is done. The train will no longer loop around the lake in front of the park but will rather do a quick pass by. Rumor around the office is that a second station will be added soon!
I don't think this was ever made known in the press release for Harbortown, but Scrambler was moved down the road literally a few yards to become part of Harbortown and to make way for Vulture's station.

One last ride on Vulture for the day! -

10th Season
Hello, it is a sad day here around Charleston Gardens Amusement Park. I regret to inform you that Carolina Calamity will be closing at the end of this month so that it may be removed by the end of the season. We had heard whispers of this coming from our parent company, Funtime Parks, Inc. but nothing was confirmed until this morning. The removal of this ride will make for a yet-to-be-announced expansion of the park for next season. The ride will remain open for two more weeks - I suggest if you have not gotten the chance to experience this fun family coaster yet, do so soon.
- Joseph Reynolds
This is Carolina Calamity's tenth and final season of operation.
Carolina Calamity was the only coaster at Charleston Gardens Amusement Park when it opened in 1975. It is a product of Arrow, the same company behind Vulture. -

CD5 I am really hating you right now, Removing such a wonderful ride like Carolina Calamity is really stupid. CC is really the best coaster for kids
1.Derecho can be very intimidating
2. Heatwave is very intense and kids may not like the without warning launch
3. Kids are probably too short to ride Vulture
please realize this!
And sign in the forums if you want this ride to stay!!!!!!!! -

wow careful coasterdude, you forget sometimes this is frarocs park.
sure it will be sad to see CC go, but im sure a much finer ride will take its place. -

I do think its a bit unrealistic to take it out and replace it, you could easily expand outwards as the park is young and ought to have plenty of room. Plus you havent stated that it has been a hinder on costs or repairs. I say keep her around, but thats just me. -
