8th Season
Congratulations to the three winning postcards! All of the entries were excellent but we felt these best reflected Charleston Gardens Amusement Park and would sell the best in our gift shops!

fraroc, your entry wasn't bad, the font was too difficult to read.

8th Season
Hello again! We are moving steadily through our eighth season. During this lag of the summer months, there is unfortunately not much to update you on. However word around the office is that a movie will be shot in the park in the coming weeks! I'll be sure to update you if I hear anything more!

Gully River Rapids is ther perfect ride on a hot July day such as this!
I heard that "soaking geysers" will be installed near the lifthill back to the station next year.
See you next time! -

I guess you guys were right, My editing skills really suck. All I wanted to do was turn my favorite CGAP pic into a keepsake. -

That last screen of Carolina Calamity and Derecho is awesome! It's just so perfect!
As for next years improvement, I like the idea! I'm guessing you'll have to fill that particular area with some water in order for it to work properly, right? -

So your saying I shouldnt have used a cursive font?Don't be so hard on yourself. The font just needs to be more readable.

No, cursive was the right idea but it was just rough around the edges and too thin.
About the screens, I really like that last one! -

8th Season
Welcome to the end of our eighth season of operation. While there will be no large additions next year, we will be doing some "upgrades" around the park. Expect fresh new coats of paint, a new show in our theater, new park maps, and alot more. I hope to see you next season!

Carolina Calamity makes one last run of the season.
Goodbye for now!
See you next season!
