Our new Heatwave coaster seems to be a hit with the crowds! Many have never experienced going from 0 to such a high speed in a few seconds. It's really as interesting to watch as it is to ride. I went to the park late last night with my family to see the ride in lights. I'm very happy with how the park is doing.

The entire Heatwave area is illuminated at night. It has really lit up that "black hole" that's been in the middle of the park since we created "the loop".
The queue runs parallel to the track.
A late night snack at the Greenway Cafe is the perfect way to end a day at the park! -

Hello all! We are chugging right along through our fifth season. Can you believe it? Even though this is only my second year, you can feel the bonds that the employees here have made over the past five years.

Ellie the Elephant welcomes guests as they enter the park...
...some more than others!
Heatwave's launch track dwarfs the railroad's bridge. We're looking into ways we can "balance" the two out.
The few seconds before the launch can be very antagonizing!
Have a great day! -

Ellie: Okay, now, you're going to have to reach in there and pull it out.
Little Girl: And how did this happen, exactly?
Ellie: Uh... I had too many of... whatever it is that elephants... Look, can you just hurry up and take it out? Nobody has to see any--
Little Girl: Hi, Mr. Reynolds!
But seriously, this is looking great. Love the simplicity of the station, and the night shots are fantastico!Edited by FullMetal, 16 September 2009 - 07:11 PM.

As we move forward this season it's a true pleasure to see the park performing so well. Our guests are happy and our employees are happy. That's the perfect scenario.
We are beginning to look into options for next year. As we enter the new decade, we are looking for something that uses cutting-edge technology.
As a member of the park board, we are asking you: what new attraction do you want to see next year?
I am eagerly awaiting your responses.

One of my favorite shots of the park. It showcases two-thirds of our coasters!
I'll leave you with this artistic shot of Heatwave's rear spike. -

I think this park needs a nice small arrow custom looper for the birth of the eightes
Cd5 which idea do you like better
1 loop 2 corkscrews
1 loop 1 corkscew
2 loops 2 corkscrews
or on a rare note,
2 loops 1 corscrew -

Okay, guys. He has three very park settling coasters already. This park needs some more flats.

^ He's got one of those.
I say do a river rapids ride. They were first introduced in 1980, so it fits perfectly into the timeline. And they're one of my personal favorite non-coaster attractions.
Not to mention, I think a coaster would be a poor move both financially and asthetically. (CGAP already has three world class coasters, as JDP stated.)Edited by FullMetal, 18 September 2009 - 06:16 PM.
