(Archive) Advertising District / Monte DiCino -- CheeVa's First One

Hey guys,

now I'll present my first project on NE. It's a little Park (55x55) with CSO. The Theming will be an italian, but not this all-day Theming. Here the first 2 Screens:





Legend:

- The Purple Part will be the City of Cino, the little italian Town
- The Yellow Part will be a row of houses near the Beach
- The Red Part will be a natural Part of the park
- The Green Part will be either a restaurant or a Relaxing zone

In the water I planned a Coral Reef

I'm quite a beginner concerning the Theming with CSO. These 2 screens are really unfinished, but I'm hoping you'll post something I can improve...

considering there is almost nothing there, i like the look of this.
there are alot of newcomers around at the moment isnt there?
i like how youve planned it, and i like the building youve made already.
really tiny though haha.
hopefully your next screens will be abit more full.

The little building seems interesting... the map size is pretty small for what you have planned, though. Also, why do your menu tab things look black and different?

Cocoa, I truely don't know exactly what it is, I installed rct2 and it was like this, but the game runs normally, some kind of little accident^^

I think it is rct-modified.

I like pretty much like what i see but i wouldn't use only boring colours on that building. Maybe you can make the details a colour that makes it more intresting.

i would like to see an X car coaster in there.

It's only the design of Rct Modified, but there aren't the features of it, like clear Entrance or something, therefore I was a bit confused about the Design...

I know that you're German, but could you possibly find a different up-loader? The one that you're using has pop-ups that come up every 2 seconds.

That building looks pretty good, but I'd put a little more in your park before posting screens.

what he means is that he doesn't see whats so fantastic about having built a mountain that you need to advertise it- usually people here prefer screens where there is more of an actual park to look at than the land its going to be built on.

as for my thoughts- what you have so far looks alright, but the map seems sort of small for that many different themed areas.

There's a woods area, the main street area, a restaurant, and some small cottages. I don't think that that's too many. I do think that there isn't enough room for coasters though.

The first Coaster is completed, also the supports, but now i'll wait a bit till showing next pics.
Ich think there's enough room, the atmosphere will be calm and kind, not somethin big.
It's a park for a Contest on a german community, so the seize of the park didn't depend on my mind
