Since I'm very new to RCT and I have a lot of questions I though instead of making a new post everytime I'd make one post where all my questions will go.

I hope the admins don't mind, this is mainly to not clutter the forum with many posts by me. If you find it misplaced just delete it.

Thanks to geewhzz, I'm now using the H2H5 benche and its working perfectly. I'm having some issues with 8 cars per train tho, it doesn't seem to be working but maybe I'm not understanding what it should do correctly. Also does 8 cars per train work on any version of RCT2?

So onto my questions:

Zero Clearance : I'm not sure if I understand this correctly. What I understood is that using it means you don't get anymore the messages saying "Can't build because x object is already here". Also am I correct in thinking that it works for everything not only rollercoasters(ie: I place a one tile tree and I can then place quarter tile flowers under it?). Also which type should I use, relative or absolute?

Rollercoaster & Bridge supports : How can I remove the supports of the rollercoasters and the bridge for example so I can build customs?

Also do you guys have any tips for a newcomer about Architecture? My buildings often look too blocky.

zero clearence makes you able to build trough almost anything .

make sure you first start rct2 before you use the 8cars trainer.
also make sure you use this one link .
If you are using a vista it could be your vista is blocking it. make sure the folowing things are done:

you are administrator on the computer
UAC is disabled
There is not virusscanner program blocking your 8cars trainer (including windows defender).

if it still doesn't work try to set you theme to windows classic and reboot and try it again. now it should work.
if you still want a nice style download the UXTheme for vista and download a nice custom style. there seems to be something in the aero/vista theme which screwes up the trainer.

The 8cars trainer works on all version of rct2. altough I've heared people saying it doesn't work with Tripple Thrill Pack.

You can use the support blocker by ja227 (which is in the h2h bench I believe) to remove supports.
else you can lower a piece of land under the support. place a FULL TILE object (like a garden) in the gab and then raise the land again.

oh and make sure you have disabled visual themes for rct2

Do you mean the game window visual theme from Windows?

I mean:
right click on the rct2 pictogram
properties
compatability
select disable visual themes

Now onto building my park, that's not an easy task, archy building is harder than I though

I'm trying to build a rollercoaster support underwater, how can I achieve that?

first build the support, then zero clearances and raise the water up to the level you want.

Also any advice on making good rollercoaster as opposed to go for it and try to do something nice and end up with a pile of turns wrongly placed?
