Ask the Experts / Entrance building advice

Hi, first of all I wanted to say that your site is really good with plenty of info on RCT for a noob like me.. I just started playing and I saw all the awesome park over here it gave me the motivation to try it as well.

I guess I'll ask a lot of question so here goes.

I noticed a lot of the park made are often not functionnal ? With no people going in, am I correct?
Personally I'd prefer having people in my park and I wanted to make a custom entrance for my park but I'm not sure if it is possible if I want people to actually enter?

Could anyone explain that to me please, I know it sounds like a stupid question but like I said I'm new

you could place it a little further into the map and hide it within a building, like a proper entrance, or you could get an invisible entrance. download snowdrift i think that has one...
i guess theres plenty more but theyre the ones i use

there are numerous ways.
just make sure the path leading to the entrance isn't owned by you. and if the guest entry point is placed correct the peeps are able to enter the park.
