I would also like to see a little more time until the parks have to start being submitted. Great idea with the 3-way parks, will allow for a more reliable season with less forfeits and more quality parks to look at.

Ditto, I think delaying it by one week isn't asking too much.

I agree also on a one week push back and I have question regarding scenery. If a team member makes a piece of scenery for a park is that considered as him working on the park?

The rules are distinctly lacking in information regarding EXACT due dates [time of day] and what time zone we're going by for days.

since our members are spread across different time zones, we will not be overly strict and count the seconds to see if a park has been submitted. say for instance, a park is sent in on thursday morning my time, when the deadline was wednesday, for geewhzz it will still be wednesday. so the deadline was met. don't stress yourself with a countdown. just keep the date in mind and make sure you send on that day or earlier, no matter what time zone you're in.

hmm, great job at finding something we actually didn't think of
my personal opinion is that it should count as him working on the park because you're making use of his skills. i will talk to gee about this later. thanks for anyone else who drops his opinion on this matter.

we are discussing this matter in there and are trying to come to a fair solution as soon as possible since this is kinda urgent. it definitely wasn't our intention to shock anyone with too little time to work with.

Thanks for considering a later round 1 deadline.
This should be a major help for all teams and especially the teams not having a half finished park for the first round, which I personally do not think is fair anyways.


About objects. The last seasons it did not count as working on a park if someone created a few objects and I think it should not count as working on a park.
The same goes for making workbenches.

also, rule #2 of "Park Construction & Submission" has changed:

Any player may create or provide custom scenery for his team. This will not turn him into a creator of any park.

I'm a bit undecided on the extra week.. It could result in a better overall park, but on the other hand I think our team could've managed the tight deadline..

I'm glad to know we can use our own custom scenery in our workbenches..

One question about the rules:
If players A, B and C are making a park, can players A and B make other?

I don't this so? Cos A & B would have already played together. They can make another park just not together, From what I understand of the rules.

JJ is right, you cant have the same parkmakers work together twice even if the first time was on a 3-way park.

yes, that's correct. if someone has worked together with someone, no matter if there was a 3rd parkmaker, they can not do it again.

I was reading it the way, you cannot have the same players work on more than one park, and that would allow for the the case I pointed out above.

yes, but there's no way to guarantee that people will actually make use of it.

Could you even use custom music in RCT2?

Yes I have my own team losing the championship, why? Well I honestly think we would win, but this way if we lose I can be happy I picked right and if we win id be so happy I would not care I was wrong
