This topic is where you can sign up for the upcoming "Head-2-Head Season 5" contest to be held at New Element, as was decided by the community last week.

What is H2H?
For those of you who are not familiar with this contest, here's a quick summary of how it works.
H2H is a team contest. According to how many peoples sign up there are around 6 teams created, consisting of roughly 10 players. Each team has a captain who is in charge of managing the team's performance. Your team goes up against all other teams in votes about mini-parks (usually around 50x50 to 70x70 squares in size) made by a pair of parkmakers. Though parks are intentionally small to allow plenty of time for construction, players must cooperate with each other in these partner parks. Upon the deadline, both parks of the matchup are posted on the forums for the public to vote upon. The creators are kept anonymous until the vote has ended to prevent biased votes. The winning park is the one with more votes. In this way, Head-2-Head acts as a sort of RCT Sport, with the teams, scores and competition.

... by posting in this topic. When the Sign Ups close, and the total number of players is determined, geewhzz and i will decide how many teams there will be and who will captain them.

Disclaimer
Before you sign up, there are a few things we want you to think about.

• H2H is a deadline based contest, meaning you will have to deliver your park by a certain date or else your team will have to forfeit the round and lose. There are many different reason why this can happen. Bad coordination, bad communication, the difficulty of working together with someone whose style is very different from yours, a sudden blockade in your game because you find you can't build under time pressure, etc. Be aware of these possible issues before signing up.
• If you want to become a captain, you should bring a certain skill for: Communicating well with your teammates, visiting the site regularly and stay informed about happenings concerning the contest, have a certain ability to evaluate your teams skill and who will be a good choice to plan for upcoming matchups in your schedule, handle a certain amount of responsibility as a captain and have a strong sense for sport fairness.

Precise rules will be posted when the Sign Ups have finished.
