(Archive) Advertising District / Warner Bros. Movie World Germany

Hi, I'm new in this forum.
I think at first I'll tell a little bit about me.
My name is Dominik, I'm from Germany, Langenfeld, a city next to Cologne.

But now I will show some pictures of my new park. It isn't the Warner Bros., how it looked years ago in Bottrop. It's an own interpretation.

these are very refreshing screens.

First of all: welcome to New Element!

Second of all: Nice screens.

Third of all: I've been to that park, and although the food sucks beyond your socks, I'd like to see how you pull this off.

It all looks great. However, those grey bricks for the edge of the pathway (if you get what I'm saying) doesn't really appeal to my tastes.

But other than that, I'm curious to see how this will turn out.

i like the screens. keep the inspiration from real life parks and it will be easier for you to build in rct2.

At first, thanks for the nice comments, I hope you'll like the park when it's finished.

Now I have some unfinished pictures of the show "Movie Magic", which shows the visitors the tricks of the movies. For example a blue box, a ship scene with some water effects and some film equipment.
I deleted all the walls around it, so you can see better, what happens inside.

Really nice idea right there. And pulled off quite well. I like the 'blue box' part.

It all looks great, but what's all the checkered land for?

^ building perposes i would presume. so you dont build on it with anything ele in the meantime.

As a fan of realism, I'm really liking this. Really looking forward to seeing more of it. I was also wondering about the checkerboard. Is it for an attraction or something?

Also, can you use somewhere else to host your screenshots? That site your using has these annoying pop-ups.

Wurde auch Zeit, dass sich der nächste deutsche User auch hier registriert.
Das ist wirklich eine nette Idee, so ein 'hinter den Kulissen'.
Versuch doch mal sowas ohne die normalen, vorgegebenen Objekte zu bauen, beispielsweise kann man eine antike Säule aus Supports zusammenstellen, oder eine Burgturm sieht viel schöner aus, wenn man ihn mit eigenen Ideen erstellt.

This "checkerboard" field, how you call it, was the first planning of the "Movie Magic" attraction.

@Sey: Werde den Museumsteil von "Movie Magic" nochmal überarbeiten, also da bin ich noch lange nicht fertig. Säulen usw. werde ich versuchen selbst zu bauen.

This is very good work. For how long have you been playing this?

I'm playing RCT2 since 6-8 months now.
I began this park yesterday. For Movie Magic I needed not so long, I think a little bit more than 2 hours.

Was mir noch fehlen, sind Fernseher, wo die Peeps sehen können, was durch den Bluescreen geschieht
