    Reply Time....

    robbie, JDP, wheres_walto & tdub96 - Thanks
Fizzix & pierrot - I happen to like the combination also. Thanks
nin, BelgianGuy & Dotrobot - I think part of it is due to not having peeps in the Screenshot. I did vary the roofs a bit though so it should help. Thanks for the feedback though.
Splitvision - No need to be sorry. I hope the next ones will do it for you.

    Thanks everyone

Now that HOA is rleased, I can really focus on NWA and the park is starting to take shape. It's currently back with Brian as he is adding the parks 4th coaster which should be finished and ready for testing this weekend as the mechancs get ready for a very busy 2011.

That said, I don't have much to show right now even though a number or things are starting to take shape however I do have a small chairlift station at the mid point of the run near the mid portion of Mt Rainier. Although it's not finished, you can get a feel for the area.

As this will be the last update for 2010, I feel 2011 will be a great year for the park!

Great work on HOA. Furthermore, NWA is looking very promising so far. With help, yet again, from CP6 i look forward to his phenomenal coaster layouts applied to your talent of civil planning and architecture. Keep up the great work you two. Without a doubt one, if not the best, park duos of the games history. Look forward to the release of NWA and your "Entertainment District" map for the 2011 season.

I think you're my current favorite parkmaker to be honest
Just make sure the rides aren't too similar from park to park, this was one of my major concerns after seeing HOA. You already used pretty much every flat available so it's gonna be hard to make the different parks within the resort have variety beyond a theme

    Fantastic screen!

Looks awesome man, I can really picture myself being there.

How about an updated total overview? Have you done one since finishing HOA?

    I love roofing :bandit:

    Reply time once again!

Cena, Louis!, Austin55 & pierrot - Thanks guys. Glad your enjoying it

RMM - lol, I knew you were going to say that and I'm trying. It's really hard for me but I will be working with CP6 and robbie to help that transition as the park moves along. Thanks though for the reminder.

Comet - I will be working with CP6 with some custom flats for this park however there will be a few game flats that will be in both parks as I need to have them to keep the peeps happy. I just wish there we more non custom flats that the game offered. That said, were are trying to keep the coaster unique in all the parks though.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. It's been a great year

Project Aries - Year in Review
2010 has been a great year for the project and as we head into it's third year of construction, I thought it would be good to provide a small recap of 2010.

    General Stats:
Number of maps released - 3
    - Hyatt's Palm Tower Resort - 5/16/2010
    - Hyatt's Eagle Point Resort - 6/19/2010
    - Hyatt's Ocean Adventures - 12/13/2010
    Number of Updates in 2010 - 30
    Number of replies in 2010 - 435

As you can see below, the main aerial is starting to take shape and have been very pleased with the overall progress of the project. The great thing about this though is that I still have the same desire and motivation for this project as I did two years ago when I first started this crazy idea.

I would like to thank everyone for the encouraging feedback (both good and bad) however I would especially like to thank CP6, Robbie, nin, Kumba, Cena & Levis for you help this past year. Each of you have really made 2010 a great year for the project and I look forward to working with all of you in 2011.

2011 is off to a flying start as the park has really been moving along these past few days. Specifically the parks 5th coaster, the to be named B&M Hyper designed by CP6! This coaster packs plenty of air time and swooping turns that has already been a hit with the parks early testers as you can see below.

For now, the crews are working on other odds and ends around the park as we eagerly await the next coaster to be added to the parks line up.

I just hope it's not your average out and back B&M Hyper.
  • Austin55%s's Photo
I hope it's on of the newer style ones like Intimidator or something.
The screen looks fabulous, You've really gotten into a nice groove of building.
On the Aeriel is NWA to the left of the Convention Center?
  • BelgianGuy%s's Photo
    This is just scary dude,
The amount of maps you've already completed and seeing how fast this is going along again is just immense...
I just hope that the other "park" maps go as smoothly as this is going, I'm especially thrilled to see your take on the movie park and such
