As stated before, the plan was for HOA to be finished today however I'm a good 2 months behind schedule. That said, the park is still moving along. Not much to show today as all the major stuff is in place and it's now a case of adding flats and shops. Here you find "Tiger Shark"
Thats all for this update.

Happy Easter. This weekend has provided a much needed spark and the park moved along nicely. I'm also happy to announce that ALL the coasters are in place and complete! A big thanks to CP6 as this has taken a long time to get them all in and if it hadn't been for CP6, this park would have never made it this far.
Below you can see the current overview of the park and its getting close! I still want to put in some sort of custom ride in and then finish up the two show stadiums. Once thats done, I'll go back and work on details but I think it's safe to say that a June 1st completion date is very possibleThats all for this update.

Just looked back in this thread through all of the HOA stuff and I became an even bigger fan
I love the coaster lineup and there wasn't a screen in this whole thing I didn't like
Overall all I think is missing from this is the small details on the side of the midways like individual game stands and vendors
Maybe also change the color of the last flat you posted considering the coaster right next to it is the same thing -

Thanks Comet. Before I get into the extra detail work, I need to make sure I have the objects to finish the park in the first place. Once I have the park finished, then I will go back and start adding some extras. Glad your enjoying the park so far though

^ Thanks however the peeps don't seem to think so as I have 4 underground paths to free up the peep traps. Even with Maps (which I handed out for free), they seem to get lost prior to putting those in. It’s a little sad in that it makes the visible paths seem a bit empty. -

A lot of those paths are wide and have a lot of breaks in them. Peeps get confused by that stuff. -

Mini Update - The park continued to make some progress this past weekend as a few more areas were finished up. In addition, we added yet another coaster to the park the other day bringing the total to seven. Once the support work is finished, I'll post a SS.
In other news, plans for the next resort map are quickly coming together based on a recent show I watched this weekend which should take me to new heights. Although I'm not ready to release details just yet, I will say that one of Gee's objects will come in handy! The problem is that I want to finish HOA before I get started which is making things tough for m as I'm really excited about this map!
As always, thanks for following along!

I dont know how you keep from diving right into another project once you've been inspired... I am just not that disciplined. Although very impressed!
HOA is looking great! I know you've had some guest designers, but for someone who doesn't focus on coasters... yours are looking fantastic!
