Looks almost exactly like the RCTM site!!!
  • Alpengeistfan1%s's Photo
The website looks very good, but I think there should be a bit more to the graphics and a different font. I don't know if you wanted comments about the website like the parks, but I think that those are the things you can improve on.

i checked out all of the website... good stuff. Found parks and maps i had lost and/or forgotten about. Thanks for making it! you're a machine! i've made two complete maps in my entire rct life! Keep it up though, if only for my own selfish needs to fill that pesky addiction of mine for RCTNW work. :mantis:

Damn, I didn't even realize RCTNW hasn't been around until now.

    By the way, what sites?

Yeah there have been plenty of updates on other websites. RCTNW just skips NE...

Really? The update have not been from me if they have. In fact, I update NE more than any other site.

As for the lack of updates, as I stated before, time for RCT has been limited due to the great weather and other things going on. Until very recently, I didn't even have RCT2 installed. That said, you may see an update soon.

^ Good. I'm sure a spotlight seems better with a tan anyway :)
  • RCTNW%s's Photo
Although I agree, it will be along time before I see another spotlight again (if ever). Besides this update should be a release of another support map! That and I don't tan, I burn!
  • Lowenaldo%s's Photo
i tan easily :) i dont know if thats a good thing or bad but i can certainly tell you this, you are amazing at rct2! very unique as you build things ive never seen before ( although my stint here has only been a couple weeks :/)

How did you edit all the maps together? Very impressive.
  • RCTNW%s's Photo
^ It took awhile to get them set up but the updates are pretty easy

The master image, like you see above is made up of several images (one for each map). As I update the maps, I create and aerial image and cut off the land edges so I only see the land surface. I then shrink the image to a set size, remove the old individual map image from the mast image and insert the updated image. Save as jpg and post.

I'm sure there is an easier way of doing it however I'm not a graphics guy. This works for me.

    Thanks
