Ask the Experts / Screen Resolution

Hey is anyone else running thier computer with a 1600x1050 resolution? If so, what can I do about the in-game resolution to make it look good, cant use the last two on the drop down as it stretches everything out, and the thrid to last just makes everything magnified.

I'm using 1680x1050 resolution for Windows and my RCT2 settings are 1280x960. Although a bit stretched, I'm used to it now

Yeah thats the sharpest image, without it distorting tooo much. Guess Ill have to live with that..

Levis, can't you simply hack a window mode into the game? xD

Simple... play LL it has a window function

Why they took that function out of RCT2 i will never ever know. but its fairly big reason as to why i dont often load up RCT2 it just looks stupid on a widescreen monitor.

While my native resolution of 1280x800 is the crispest of them, it's too far out to get a good look at the details so I still build in 640x480 or 800x600
