The finished picture just inspired me to draw. I draw a lot but jut didn't have the time or inspiration to do so recently. I'm slightly below your level (I think). My weakest point is perspective as well. I don't have problem with perspectives on little things just the whole overall perspective looks off.
Sometimes i wish i had the skills to actually color my drawings. But it's always flat-toned and very suckish. I also love the cleanliness of your drawings. -

There's a trick for this: sketch the *entire* image out first in block forms, and fix any perspective or compositional glitches then. Then go over and add detail, using your block forms as guidelines to inform your perspective on any given point of the drawing. The finished picture just inspired me to draw. (If you watch an amateur and professional painter, the pro will spend time all over the canvas, while the amateur focuses in one point before moving on. The pro makes the better painting.)

by the way. liam, how do you get that kind of mud texture on the paper? I tried it and it came out really messy and dark.
Edit: I'm having trouble following that perspective advice. I'm just used to doing 1 build after another.. Well. i'll try to force it on myself til' it sticks -

@Dotrobot1: Cool to hear I inspired you. When you finished some of your drawings, you should get yourself a topic! I'd like to see them. I have the same problem with colouring. I wanted to add colour to this drawing but the risk of ruining it was just too high.
@ACEfanatic02: That's my plan for my next drawing. I really fucked up the composition here, with the streetlight in the center. Wtf.
@Dotrobot2: I'm not sure what texture you mean... And yes, the force use you must. -

I'm sorry ,i wrote it the other way around.
I meant: the hairy alcoholic rabbit who was reading 'playnijn?' is (probably) yours ,but the last one looks like a kiddy draw.
But all the other drawings i was looking at were impressive.
If i try to draw housing like that ,then that would probably look like a kiddy draw. -

What country are the boobs? France?
I love playnijn with his pocketpussy(?). You could have been a well known artist, when you'd advertise it in the right way. But I know you're better than that.
Return to your facade-drawings though, they had serious atmosphere. This is quite vulgar, and only funny for a few seconds to be honest. -

Come on... I mean, thank you, but seriously. I'm not good at drawing. You could have been a well known artist, when you'd advertise it in the right way. But I know you're better than that.

^it's not that you're outstanding but that nijntje drawing has a comic style/feeling to it.
I love your building drawings, especially kruisstraat, too bad you drew it on lined paper and not on normal sheets or digitally with a tablet. Could've made it even better. -

just keep drawing and you should look at others drawings. You have a lot of potential, Liampie!
