    H2H's done you wonders...

To be honest... H2H didn't have much influence on me building a city.

    Insane detail, i love it!!

Are we talking about the same building? The brown one with the grey roof and the mini-chimneys? ...thanks!

You get the colors I always wanted to have :(

Look for the colour palette while building, and there they are. ;)

    - The building at the bottom will be removed.
    - I'm not sure about the building in the middle.
    - I'm not sure about the overhanging 'tower' as well. Will be changed.

Park 2 went from 95% to 90% finishedness. Now it's back at 95%, but it looks way better!

Brining it over and eh... :twitch:

Cities are always nice, but considering 2 dutch cities have already been done, the screens for me a bit boring.

What two Dutch cities? This is Budapest, btw. Totally different architecture.
  • Louis!%s's Photo
Both Six Frags & Emergo built parks themed to Dutch cities. I don't know which ones.

And Budapest? Oh, ok. Just looked pretty dutch to me.

Emergo built Utrecht Dwaze Domstad. That's not based on Dutch architecture itself. Six Frags had a park with tyandor, if I remember correctly, which featured some Dutch-looking architecture... A question: Have you ever been in a historic Dutch city? It doesn't look like this at all. ;)

^No I havent, I'm just saying this looks extremely similar to the two parks built by Emergo & Six Frags.

Like robbie said. Your work has stepped up a lot. Not that it was bad before but your archy is really nice.

i just noticed the trees, are they stacked?
how did you do that without any white glitches
  • Comet%s's Photo
^They're probably the actual tree from the game and not the recolorable ones, those are small scenery pieces so you can zero clearance them.
That's a fucking great idea by the way.

As for the screen I would add some deco pieces or something to make it look like there is a curb. And try to stagger the buildings either a quarter tile in or out because even with the indents and features on the buildings they just look really, really flat lined up in a row like that.

The archy itself is brilliant though, especially the roofs, those are top notch.

Thanks. You're right, they aren't colourable. If they were, I could probably do it without white glitches by pausing the game when I move the cursor. ;)

    I will try, thanks.

That's how it's meant to be. It's realism in the case of Budapest. :)

    Thanks.
