As far as I know, this file sharing site is the only place to get RCTM, but it is 1.3. Thank you to the fan of rct that posted this. It is on

I installed this and it asked a cd even if I did install the cracked version that is in the setup,

Any help on this?

does it ask for a cd or do you get a prompt?
if you only get a prompt email me at levis[at]rct-guide[dot]nl and I will send you the missing piece.
the no cd version only works if you have this. this is to ensure people not using modified just to crack the game. you first have to prove you have a legit version of the game.

reinstalled it and it works, apperantly I made a new folder and it had to go in the rct2 folder

^ That is normal since the European versions of RCT are being installed in a different standerd folder than the US ones. Most people who have trouble with installing RCTModified have this problem, too bad RCTAvenged and it's RCTModified pages are down ... I will contact JJ if me and him can fix this somehow.

Havingfun, can you please remove your link, and you RCTER2 as well. The creators have decided there is no need for it anymore and therefore we aren't distributing it anymore. This has been said in the past as well. With the hacks Geewhzz fully explained in his hack like a winhacker topic, you can do everything that RCTModified can as well. So remove the download links.

Well, I got RCTM on my laptop but not on my desktop... D:

Can an admin lock this?
RCTModified won't be online anymore since its causes fragmentation of the save files with the SV6 thats only accepted for accolades here being replaced with SV7 files which are not excepted. Plus the fact that there are enough tutorials out there that show you, how to hack invisible stuff (thanks Geewhzz) there really is no need for this anymore. And that we (the creators, JJ, Levis and partly me) need to give instructions all the time how to install and use it, has resulted in this.

Thanks a lot guys for support back in the day. But normal RCT is better and easier to play!

While I understand that it annoys you to keep answering the same questions about RCTM, allow me to ask one last: Can't you just turn this into a nice light-weight little trainer à la Select ride > click "remove base" > save as SV6 > be happy?

Looking back at this now, it's impressive that it managed to make playing the game more "convenient", which is something we desperately need with all the annoying and tedious hacking. It shouldn't be about the execution and technical skill, it should be about the creativity, the ideas and the artistry. The problem was just, as you said, that it required a separate file format, which was a bit of an "easy-way-out" manipulation of the game to just quickly make possible what you wanted.

I'm guessing that a fully compatible trainer that conveniently allows to do what people liked about RCTM is just too "inconvenient" to come up with?
