    I think I can answer this one. If you've already released the park, it's not eligible. But I'd send it in anyway, since Kumba might slip up.

    So I can do a park recreation, and it could be considered CC?

    I guessing that would just be RU/SRU/Spotlight, since it's a park. Though I don't think anyone has ever done a recreation here. But that's how it was at D-Net.
