I thought it would be interesting to talk about the coasters we've riden (I'm asuming most of us are coaster fans).
Here's my list, in no particular order:
Legoland California - Carlsbad, CA
*Dragon
*Spellbreaker (No longer operating)
*Technic Coaster
Knott's Berry Farm - Buena Park, CA
*Jaguar!
Dollywood - Pigeon Forge, TN
*Thunderhead
*Blazing Fury
*Tennessee Tornado
New York, New York Hotel & Casino - Las Vegas, NV
*Manhattan Express
Circus Circus Hotel & Casino - Las Vegas, NV
*Canyon Blaster
Holiday World & Splashin' Safari - Santa Claus, IN
*Raven
*Legend
*Voyage
Disneyland - Anaheim, CA
*Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
*Matterhorn Bobsleds
*Gadget's Go Coaster
*Space Mountain (The old one, as it was refurbished for Disneyland's 50th anniversary)
Disney's California Adventure - Anaheim, CA
*California Screamin'
*Mulholland Madness
Del Mar Fair (Now San Diego County Fair) - San Diego, CA
*High Miller
*Star Loop
*Crazy Mouse
NOTE: I'm not sure whether these coasters are still there, because the fair only comes during the summer, and they may have changed their rides by now.
Yes, most of them are in CA, because I lived there until I was 13.
If your list is too long, or you just can't remember them all, feel free to talk about your favorite!
This list was compiled with help from RCDB.com.Edited by Xin, 09 August 2007 - 09:14 PM.

It's been a while since I've done one of these, but there's no better time than the present.

I do believe that's all...74? I guess Maverick will make #75 this October then (it's not looking like I'm going to make it sooner as much as I'd like to). EDIT: 22 Wood & 52 Steel, that's balanced compared to most of you peoplez. -

Gwah! So jealous, you get to ride all those fancy cool rides. As I've said, Finland totally sucks when it comes to roller coasters..Well next summer I'll be coming there, east coast most likely. Yay!
My coasters would be all the ones in SFMM in the year 2005. -

wee, tornado is nice! I had the chance to ride it when visiting family, and I was surprised by just how good it was, kicks the ass of any beemer invert for sure.
Ive been on every ride at SFMM, KBF, US:H, and DL/DCA, along with every ride as of 2005 at CP, SFSL, SFoT (sans Titan), the BG parks, and every other SF park with the exception of a couple minor ones and SFGAdv. Also a couple parks in europe (DL Paris, Walibi Belgium, Sarkanniemi), and then a few more casters here and there. Id estimate its somewhere around 100-150 credits (maybe more with kiddie rides etc.), though I dont really care to keep track. -

33 coasters, 3 wood, 29 steel, 1 liquid.
Favorite woodie: Bandit, Moviepark, Germany
Favorite steelie: 1. Silver Star, Europa 2. Goliath, Walibi World
Honorable mentions (moslty based on ride experience than thrill): Big Thunder Mountain & Space Mountain (DLP)
Favorite park: a tie between Disneyland Paris and Europa Park
Good thing I'm going to DLP this weekend. Really want to know if the rehab made Space Mountain any better or just ruined it. Also wondering if Indiana Jones will be a lot different since it's running forwards again. Also need to check out the new Crush coaster and The Buzz Lightyear attraction. Too bad the ToT isn't open yet -

When have you been on Bandit? Must have been years ago. Last time I have been on it - opening Santa Monica Pier - it was a true pain.
And what are the two woodies you ranked lower?
Should be at approx. 70 now. Planes for +10 this year existing, with Port Aventura, Tibidabo and some smaller parks in the region. -

If anybody's interested, here's a link to download my excel spreadsheet where I keep my coaster count, top ten lists, stats, and a ton of other crazy stats and stuff. It's just kinda interesting, I think... also a bit sad, I suppose.

When have you been on Bandit? Must have been years ago. Last time I have been on it - opening Santa Monica Pier - it was a true pain.
And what are the two woodies you ranked lower?
I rode Bandit several years back. The park was still called Warner Brothers Movie World and the coaster was still called Wild Wild West. To be more exact I rode it in the backseat and yeas it was utter chaos but I liked it. The out of control feeling was great because you have no idea where you are going while zooming between all the supports. Pure madness it was. Only rode it once Didn't ride it a second time though during another visit because I really wasn't going to wait more than an hour in that boiling hot hall which was very poorly designed because there were a lot of line jumpers. You could jump from the start of the hall directly to the exit of it to the station).
The other two woodies I rode are Pegasus (Efteling) and Robin Hood (Walibi World). Pegasus is more of a kiddie woodie and a bit too short. Not really my thing. Robin Hood is a tad bit boring in my experience. It lacks the sense of speed you have at Bandit. I like it when woodie dive into their own supports because of the additional rush of speed.Edited by tyandor, 08 August 2007 - 03:55 PM.

Wow, I need to start riding some coasters... I've only got 20... Most of them I rode when I was a kid though, so I wasn't exactly tall enough for the steel giants. One of these days, I'll make it over to Europe and visit Alton Towers, Drayton Manor, etc...
My fav? Probably a toss up between the Manhattan Express and Tennessee Tornado for steel, and defenitely The Raven for wood.
