Ask the Experts / 8 cars trainer own all land problem

When I activate own all land, do I do that before I make maths for guests, or after? When I use "Own All Land", and I play the park, guests can't get in! Does anyone know what to do?

"Own All Land", place the path, and once you open the park, do "De-Own border Land" then "Own All Land" again. I believe that's it...

just place the path to the park entrance first
than use "own all land" it will give you all UNPATHED land...so the path leading to the entance you will only have construction rights for ... in this ways peeps can enter your park.
if the path goes under ground it's another story (if I'm correct) .... but than you nee to make sure you DON'T have the land where the path goes underground because if you have construction rights on a place where the path goes underground peeps still can't acces it (if I'm right ... at least I encounterd this problem when I tried to fix a park once ... )

^In that case, would it work to place a path exactly over the one underground, then own all land so you would have construction rights on the tile, and then delete the path on top? Or would the path underground still have problems?
