Hi !
For my first post, I'd just like to ask if anybody has ever heard of a recreation of that park.
Thanks in advance

Yes it does, i did it a couple of years ago. It was six flags belgium at that time though. I posted it here on the forums so with the search engine you should find it..but the download is not working so give me your email and i'll send it to you. (its rct2) -

^Yeah, but none of those parks have any quality to them at all. Those recreations could have been done in a week or so.

Walibi Belgium has changed since RCT2 came out, but I wonder if the in-game version would be a good start? Also, how would you do Vertigo? -

alot of hacking lol, just wondering my were them nice peeps who made rct2 leave so many rides out of there "recreations lol", i mean belgium didnt even have Dalton Terror, and magic mountain cud have had batman, need i go on.I dont understa why they gave un reaslistic ratings for the drop rides, i mean i thought the higher up the more people would go on them, but ahh the highest ya can go with the roto drop seems to be 170ft , soory bout my lil rant lol -

Hey Splash, long time no see ; )
Could you please sent it over to me too? I searched for the file in my saved games folder, but it seems like I lost it somehow. Thx : )
P.S.: Vertigo is not impossible to recreate... but it is hard, esspecially to make it look good (I'm planning to add a copy in my current solo and ****, those helixes are pure evil).
I remember a couple of Dutch parkmakers who tryed building a Doppelmayr/3DBA Mountain Glider before, I'll post some pics if I can still find them on the Net.Edited by Corkscrew, 21 July 2007 - 04:47 AM.

I believe the DC Comics themed rides were left out for copyright reasons, You won't find Batman, Poison Ivy or Riddler's Revenge and Superman: The Escape is just called The Escape. -

Im not at my parents home now so i cant send it to you at the moment. You have to wait till next week.
btw, not so many rides were left out with the official one, but the theming and the way some rides were built was quite terrible. So i decided to recreate it, and ended up over theming it here and there. But it`s still nice to have a look at and it should give you a more accurate idea of how sfb looks like. -

I wonder if it's possible to have double-length brakes on drop rides by hacking.alot of hacking lol, just wondering my were them nice peeps who made rct2 leave so many rides out of there "recreations lol", i mean belgium didnt even have Dalton Terror, and magic mountain cud have had batman, need i go on.I dont understa why they gave un reaslistic ratings for the drop rides, i mean i thought the higher up the more people would go on them, but ahh the highest ya can go with the roto drop seems to be 170ft , soory bout my lil rant lol

Hi guys
Sorry about the late answer but I was on vacation.
In fact, I was in Belgium and I visited Walibi Belgium (WereWolf rocks by the way)...
Indeed, I was looking for a 'good' recreation of this park, because of the parks included in RCT2 are not really well-made (that's what I think though)
You're right, creating Vertigo must be rather difficult... Anyway, I PMed you (Splash) with my email address.
And Thanks -

^I really don't bother. As a matter of fact, I can really appreciate some nostalgic stuff : )
Thx again, Splash : ) -

I was wondering why I didn't get the park... That stupid AOL browser considered it a spam.
But I'll check it right now. ThanksEdited by Zacpro, 29 July 2007 - 04:23 AM.

By the way...
Did you get to ride Vertigo, Zacpro? If so, did you like it?
I really need to visit the park one of these days, I'm curious to see it in full action (it looks so flexible... and weird, lol).Edited by Corkscrew, 30 July 2007 - 03:11 AM.

I looked to your park Splash
I must say that it's very well done, but I would be curious to see how you would make Vertigo
Thanks for having sent it to me anyway !
And yes, I did ride Vertigo, and it's rather funny. You're right, the track is 'flexible', that's very strange to see Oo
It's not a very violent or thrilling ride... but I tested it twice because it's cool anyway. It can give you the feeling that you're flying because you can see right under your feet.
Anyway, since a rather gentle ride, every one wants to do it, and hey had to give tickets to everyone who wanted to ride it, and on the ticket was written the hour when you would be able to ride it.
For example, I took a ticket at 11am, and I had to come back at 3.30pm to have a chance to enter the queue line
I think you know that 'ticket system', it must be used in other parks.
