^ Yeah, with MT tress you should place them first then zero clearance the bushes/flowers/shrubs in beneath them. -

It's one of those ideas that I can't believe nobody's had before. It does open up a wealth of ideas, especially with the pink options for the japanese area. It's looking great although the ghost tree ruins it. It's worth fixing, even if it takes a while. -

^ Yes, pink, peach, and the rusty red colors for the trees work wonders for the atmosphere of the japanese area. -
Kumba Offline
Fatha' send me an un-exported copy of the park and I can take that tree out without causing more. It is really not that hard to fix, just build the same tree on the same angle and delete click em a few times, worked for me on the version I have. -

Finally...someone who gets the trees! The atmosphere is simply wonderful. Cannot wait to see the Jap area :> -

Also, you can remove that ghost tree with object manipulation in 8cars, you only have to put a land tile texture you didn't put before on the ghost tree tile, then select remove, multi-tile object. It worked for me. But sometimes strangely it doesn't works... -

In due time you will....Ill prolly post a teaser of it when I formally announce the next large coaster Ryū later today, which was constructed shortly after the completion of Pale Rider. Since Pale Rider really didnt cost me that much money (only 18,000 dollars) and took only about 2 hours to pay for itself due to popularity and insane ride capacity (runs three trains) i could go straight into maing Ryu, which had been planned for a while.
I think yall will love Ryū, its themed to a dragon that soars past the terrain and gardens. Its also severely terrain oriented, standing only 90 feet tall but reaching 61 mph midway through its course. Its element list are also very very unorthodox, which it going:
Zero-G Dive (this is essentially the first drop)
Immelman (Only "large" inversion on the ride
Flatspin
Batwing
Prolly the first inverted rollercoaster in RCT history not to feature a veritcal loop. Also has a camelback airtime hill like Fire Dragon at IOA...its ridiculously unique, i think people should like it.
Also, as for areas, I think im gonna go ahead and to the Roarin 20's Boardwalk. so for the last area yall can decide it.
So far:
Old Mexico
Japanese Garden
Roarin 20's Boardwalk

i like the last screen because it adds a peep park element to it. all teh buidlings look good but they are made for the peeps and arranged that way too. very nice. the lightning clouds are awesome. i dont like the stairs on the corners of the fountain but the rest is very nice. i like paths as roovers at the way you have used them but im not so big on paths as awnings or slanted rooves in RCT2. i like them in LL but i think for a slanted roof you have so many choices in RCT2 that dont have the railings and steps and such. nice work Fatha'

While u wait for Ryu, the final update of Pale Rider.....
Pale Rider Final Stats
INT: 9.24
EXC: 8.81
NAU: 5.40
Height: 115 ft
Length: 4,849 ft
Speed: 57 mph
Avg Speed: 19 mph
Total Air Time: 9.78 sec
Ride Duration: 2:09 min
Max Pos G's: 3.60
Max Neg G's: -1.61
Max Lat G's: 1.66

Highest Drop: 62 ft.
# of Trains: 3 (Colors: White, Black, Yellow).
Shows the first airtime hill of Pale Rider after the first drop. This is where the -1.61 g is produces, and the train flies over this hill at 50 mph.
Shows some more of the lightning theming thats throughout the coaster...also shows the series of unbanked turns in the coaster....most of these unbanked turns produce anyhere between 1.21-1.61 lateral g's, and most are taken between 35-45 mph.
Oh, and as for the cash shown, I added 500,000 dollars to do some large scale landscaping i forgot to do in the scenario editor....in reality I have about 35,000 dollars now. -

I love woodies that have a relatively small first hill, so much airtime
Looks great fatha, i like how it's a realistic, peepable park, but you have that little fantasy element (like with the lightning).
Awesome. -

There is not one thing I dislike about those shots. Loving the three-way crossover in the first, and the 'stacked turns' effect in the second. Great job. -
JDP Offline
The three unbanked stacked turns seem a bit unsupported.
I do love the compact feeling of the coaster and how you get the feeling that you dont know what the hell is next. If you could, I would love to see a picture of the first drop for the fact it seems massive. Overall, good work fatha'.

Haha, sorry to dissapoint you. The first drop is very intense, but its rather small for a woodie of its height. The first drop and the drop out of the first turnaround are the same height.

Very nice! I really like the steel support over the lower areas with the cross over. I also agree JDP regarding the "Surprize" factor of the ride!

Ryū
Height: 90 ft
Speed: 62 mph
Length: 3,700 ft
Inversions: 5 (Zero-G Dive, Immelman, Flatspin, Batwing)
Theme: Dragon flying over a Japanese Garden
Coaster Type: Inverted/Terrain
Location: Japanese Gardens
Ryū is probably the most intense inverted rollercoatster ive created, hence its 9.10 Nausea rating. Its very fast paced, and unlike most rollercoasters it reaches its maximum speed roughly halfway through its layout. The lift hill is not very tall if one were to stand right under it, however if u placed the coaster on just flat land, it would be about 140 ft high as it winds its way down a 50 foot hillside before hitting its immelman. Its also unique because its lone large inversion is an immelman, and its first inversion is a zero-g roll (and not a normal one at that). Another interesting part of the ride is its finale, which is a 540 degree helix that sits under the Final Brake Run/Transfer Tracks. Currently Ryū earns roughly 1500 dollars per month from ticket sales/shop sales/On-Ride Photos, and accounts overall for nearly 50% of my monthly earnings.
Ryū's lone giant element, its immelman, which is situated about 65 ft below the station in terms of height. Lake under the immelman is manmade for Ryū, so i had to pay for it.
Ryū's first small drop, which leads into the heavily trees hillside next to it. Also shown is its first inversion/drop, which i would call a Zero-G dive in real life.
Ryū's entrance and camelback hill, which leads to a a very intense twisting dive down the hillside, leading the immelman and the top speed of 62 mph. Still havnt finished the ride's logo.
More to come. -

That's really cool, Fatha'. The colors are freat, that invert is flawless, I can't find a thing wrong with those screens. -

That coaster looks insanely good and the colourable trees have finally been put to good use. I seriously believe that to be one of the best japenese themes ive ever seen.
Stunning work fatha' looking forward to this parks release.
