^I actually tried to figure out what the hell was wrong with the guests, and it dawned upon me. The part that they were getting stuck on just happened to be closer to the park entrance (distance wise) then the actual connection between Old Mexico and Japanese Gardens. The peeps kept getting stuck because their concept of finding the park seems distance oriented (rather than common sense/brain oriented). Instead of taking the correct way and going the long route, they just meandered about and about because they thought they were close to the park entrance (when they werent). It became a big problem, so I just went old school RCT style and made a secret pathway (well not secret, guests use it a lot now) to connect the spot where they got stuck (around Ryu's entrance) to Japanese Gardens. Once that happened, they figured shit out. Funny how the peep AI works.
Anyways, now to what I really want to post.
Crystal Beach Cyclone
I think I finalized the construction on the Crystal Beach Cyclone, and its layout is mostly accurate, with some portions just heavily inspired by it (due to RCT limitations). My intentions were to have a true replica of the coaster, but RCT does not allow it, and its really not possible. This is pretty close though, and its as close as I'll get.
Shows the first drop, and various other twisty parts.
The Crystal Beach Cyclone is located on the Roarin' 20's Boardwalk, however the area is separated into two sub-areas (Crystal Beach, Revere Beach). Crystal Beach houses the Crystal Beach Cyclone and that is its only coaster. Revere Beach will house all other coasters in this area (Virginia Reel, Airplane Coaster, Thunderbolt, etc). The reason for this is to cherish the preciousness of the cyclone, as it is the most revered coaster ever probably and its best that it stands alone in its area.
More to come on Crystal Beach, screen of the actual area coming soon. -

Coaster looks great. The palm trees look drab though, with the color of the trunks being the way they are. -

Looks gloriously twisted, and as an RCT coaster, it's very well done. But please for the love of God, make the palm tree trunks normal-colored... The rest is perfect. -

i loved the way the ending of that coaster looked, and it looks like you nailed it here. the only criticism i would offer is the palm tree trunks as others have mentioned. while i did like the purple-ish trees before to break things up in the asian area, different colored trunks aren't necessary here. -

I think that it needs a little more support underneath the initial drop because part of the supports are floating.
I really do like it though. It immediately reminded me of Belmont Park's Big Dipper, which is good, because I definitely think that that is the kind of coaster you're going for here. The boardwalk building also looks great. Keep it up, I can't wait for this. -

Hum, why didn't you take Steves Frank Rec?

Anyway, your rec looks a bit different, maybe it is better than Steves Frank's one... -

Looks okay I guess. The top half of the first drop looks kind of ugly, but there's not much you can really do about that. -

The first drop looks very ugly no offence. But I know that your trying to make a replica. It would look nice if it had just one steep drop and turn into the banked corner though. -

yeah it does look good. keep it. too many people fear any sort of change from the stereotypical smooth bank turn out of the chain lift, or any other regular piece like that. -

Looks similar to how I made it. It does look a bit awkward, but I think for CBC you've captured the feel pretty well and thats really all that matters. Though Id much rather see the double helix then the first drop.
