RCT Discussion / Fantasy vs. Realism

    lol

fatha is right, the words realism and fantasy are not goals or guidelines to build by, they are inconsistent classifications of finished parks. =)

And I'm telling you, hierarchy only exists in your head. And even if it did, being at the top means nothing.

The only thing that matters is what you bring to the table. This is no meritocracy, no aristocracy, no pissing contest... this is a community of people who play a fun game and want to share their art with others doing the same thing. If you come here with something else in mind, then you are in for a really lackluster experience.

And what if nobody likes what you bring to the table? What if your pie has peaches and nobody here likes peaches? (I love peaches.) What if you homemade salsa is too spicy? What then? Your meal is classified by others no matter what you do. There may not exist a heirarchy or genre, but in everyone's mind, there is a rightful place for everything.

your pie is your pie and your pie alone and if nobody else likes it... all the more for you eh?

It depends on whether you're cooking your pie for you to eat, or for a group of other people to eat.
