^Not to be rude (which means I am)... but the only thing I got out of that mess was that you were being cocky. Please don't. -

@ X Fusion:
I don't have a picture of your coaster because I didn't want to download again...that's all!
@ Kumba:
No problem that I didn't win and I think it was a good decision.
It's even better for me not to be in pt³.
I've got my own style but I lost some parts of it since I've been at NE.
I think the only chance to get this lost parts of my style back is to work for me and not for NE.
Also I don't want to say that mine was better and I don't want to be a bad "loser" so congrats again, Geoff!
Also I think I wouldn't have got a park for the pt³ in because I'm such a slow parkmaker..it's just terrible.
Now I'll work on my solo again which is even better than my entry! :-P

^ A B&M Coaster.
They're a company (Bolliger & Mabilard), much like other companies such as Vekoma, Arrow, etc...
I think they're is actually a way of checking in tha DAT file if it's a B&M or not, Levis mentioned it before. But most of the time, the track type is recogniseable.
Basically we're talking:
-Steel Twister
-Stand up steel twister
-Floorless
-Flying
There's probably more, but off the top of my head, there's your basics. -

For all the B&M types, there's:
Sitting Coaster,
Floorless Coaster,
Diving Machine,
Flying Coaster,
Floorless Vertical (technically not it's own type),
Mega Coaster,
Standup Coaster
and Inverted Coaster which can't be usedEdited by Ge-Ride, 02 June 2007 - 07:04 PM.

Id enter if I were you vekoma. The way it's looking a good parkmaker could put in one solid days work and win the round... -

When I get my ideas, I'm either watching cartoons, or on the internet. I got my idea for my wooden entry when I was looking at old pictures from two/three years ago, when I first came to Indiana. I thought, Wow, that sounds like a great coaster idea! And poof. Kumba has it now.
Think of stuff you like. That's usually what helps the creative process. -

Why enter when you'd never finish a finals entry?
Fair enough.
When would we be able to start on our final entries though? Before the Summer Holidays (End of July Time)? I'd work on it quite a bit in then, there's fuck all else to do :/.
I doubt I'll get a Prelim entry finished anyways lol. Oh well.
EDIT* Oh, and can I just say that this Xin kid reminds me of myself in last years Protour Prelims. Have you entered every one of them so far? Cos that's pretty much the same as what I did. I did get let in eventually, just it was only 3 weeks before the deadline, so I only managed to get around 60% of the park done :/ (In other words, I'm saying keep going Xin, cos you will probably be let in eventually because of all the hard work you seem to be putting into this)Edited by trav, 02 June 2007 - 10:37 AM.
