I know! I was just going to compliment him on how much he had improved his posting style and that he was finally learning something. and then I realised it wasn't piggy, it was phatage. -

Other than circlevisions early stuff on the atari forums, that 4d dueler is the best RCT3 thing I've ever seen -

Worth checking out Imagineer John's stuff. The guy's making beautifully themed new dark rides like there's no tomorrow. -

Just a test for a Mack LIM coaster launch track.
Everything just sort of merges into one. All I can clearly define is the grey catwalk and white steeplechase track. The black track's definition is completely lost, mainly because of the black catwalk connectors.
I would also suggest perhaps using the single rail track rather than steeple chase. -

I do not understand the purpose of using NCSO in RCT3. Unlike RCT2, there is no object limit and you can use every piece of scenary you have downloaded in a bench. RCT2, it's a bit more understandable with having a limit of scenary to use. I would have not messed around with RCT3 as much without the SteelWorx Supports, Main Street Scenary, ect. -

Well, the circlevision stuff I loved was back at the beginning of RCT3's release before CS really came out.
Specifically this park http://circlevision....#19800383_D9R9J
He would use the custom land adjustment tool to create really awesome structures out of land. -

I just don't find the appeal of giant fortresses sprawled over small islands. That's why I don't like half of the stuff made in RCT3.
I have however been messing around with the game lately, and must say it's a refreshing take on rct. -

I agree ^
EDIT:
Honestly, I get the nostalgic value of parks like circlevision's ones,
but RCT3 is a community that learns and develops really fast. The general
quality of RCT3 has become much higher since those early projects, and
everything looks more polished and real nowadays.(not everything, but like
the most significant projects).
I couldn't agree more with phatage, this is the main reason I can't really
get myself to play RCT2 anymore.
Here are some very recent RCT3 projects you should definitely see:
TOGO - oldskool realism
TOGO - oldskool realism
Atmospheric landscape-coaster
Very elegant Zoo
Aesthetically beautiful Disney project
Amazing fantasy project
One of the best ever
Tropical themepark
Epic show
Mystical atmosphere
epic waterpark
Epic Korean fantasy creations
best architecture
Zelda Tribute
One of my favorites
Unfortunately the RCT3 forums have been quite dead lately.
In a few weeks I might be able to upload my CS list somehow, so people who'd like to try
out RCT3 could get started without months of searching and downloading CSO.
Sorry to spam this topic with loads of RCT3 stuff, but I thought some might be interested. -

this was sick
Pretty nice, but the movie also showed the effort required to get it right: 6 people + 8 months and that's knowing exactly what you are going to build. Gonna guess a lot of objects were custom made for it. Even if I don't play rct3 knowing that I'm never gonna to be able to view the good projects in-game is a bit saddening tbh.
