Nice to see people really putting that to use. That's amazing. The execution is top-notch, too. -

Consider that you're cutting into that upper floor with the pool and floor thickness below it. You'd probably want to raise that up a little bit to allow room for the upper floor to exist.

Looks really great. I like what you did with that. It has a great feel. -

Now how can people possibly argue that RCTModified shouldn't exist?
Great job James, it looks awesome. -

awesome chairlift station.
the only possible thing I can see is the foliage in the station- visually with all the ground-level stuff I'm not sure it is needed, and personally I've never been in a ride station with plants actually in it >_> -

Beautiful and atmospeherical screen, James!
I personally don't understand what's the use of RCT-modified in this one so much, as the exit/entrance could easily be placed in this one without any effects on the whole thing (though RCT-modified is a nice thing for sure!), but again, lovely!!
No, ][Intamin, I never saw a ride station with much foliage in it either, but...ehh..in my dreams ...if I could build a theme-park in RL without any money-restrictions etc., I would for sure place them there in abundance, for even if people would just notice them out of the corner of their eyes (while eager to enter the ride), it would unconciously add to their happiness and that's always a good thing!

Hard to argue against rainbows and unicorns.
I have to admit that if I had infinite theme-park-building resources I would foliate my ride stations as well, if the theme fit. -

Because everything in that screen can be done without RCTModified.
It looks pretty good however. -

The point is, I don't know how to do those things without the modification. This tool makes it much easier for me to make stations the way I want to, and saves me a lot of time in the process. -

Learn it!
Takes about two hours to learn. Just follow levis' guide.
AND saves us from all the messing around with various g1.dats or do you really think a lot of people are willing to take the effort of looking up which one is needed for every park, especially in a couple of years?
Or just hide the exit huts clever, like we did for years. -

Can you also delete flat ride bases without RCT modified? Just wondering..
I already said my parks will be using RCT modified, it saves me a lot of time which I can invest to keep the park rolling.. It's not only the invisible entrances that make it attractive for me, but also the other landtypes.. You'll notice why when you'll see my new park I guess..

magnus, i totally agree with you.
but there's nothing we can do. rctmodified has won already. it's sad ... -

I believe that modified allows users to create more realistic and better looking parks. It expands upon existing ideas, and has a few new ones of its own. it's a helpful tool, just like 8cars, or sob, and it's a useful utility to have. You guys need to get past your problems with it, because all it's doing is helping. It shows that there is still an interest in the game, and that's a good thing. -

just sink the exit huts. We've been doing that shit in LL since before half of you started playing. -
RCTFAN Offline
You could sink the huts but the new trend is to make things peepable again which i don't think can be done with sunken entry/exit. Please correct me if im wrong.
