i also agree with burnz. from a purely aesthetically appealing standpoint, i believe k0ng is the best at the game. i've never been one for excessive realism, so his style is perfect for my taste.

@ Everyone else....thanks for the kind words (particularly Burnsy and Josh...how much do I owe you guys now?). I've since re-worked the front of the vessel using a different idea that I had. I couldn't really decide between the chairlift and what's there now but, after hearing your opinions...I went with the 2nd option and I think it worked out much better with a less cluttered look.

You know I actually think Fantastico has a certain point. I personally don't enjoy the overdetailedness too much. I think there are certain things in a park that need details, like rides and coasters, entrances and landscaping. Then there are other things like ships that are fine with just a "normal" amount of detail I'd say. If everything is detailed all out you will (a) have an incredibly hard time finishing a project of worthwhile scale, as K0NG has demonstrated throughout his time here, and (b), have a difficulty to guide the viewer's eyes to the highlights of your park, because everything screams "LOOK AT ME!", a problem I had with Fatha's late spotlights. This reminds me of when SA taught me that a park must have good and bad parts to be good overall.

Oh wow. That's really good! The white tower seems a little out of place compared to the rest, but perhaps after you expand the area it will look more fitting.

legleo that's just great. i love how you show the tables through the windows. a clever way to add a lot of character to the building. combined with the banner saying "coffee sth", this building is an instant winner for me so far.

I like it too. The tower thing with the balconies is somewhat odd, but it works somehow. Now it all depends on what path you choose, I think plain old tarmac could work, with a border of some more decorative path around the tower. One suggestion though, try to post slightly more finished screens in the future, I'm sure they'd look even better. Nice to see a new nationality represented here BTW!
