Reminds me a lot of Kraken, very nice.

i'd lose the grass on the shore, and probably change the path to the dirt setting to make it more like a dock/boardwalk.
good colors, though, and i like the lights on the catwalk.
  • Lloyd%s's Photo
Yeah just lose the grass and change the path. I'm still 50/50 on the catwalk lamps, we'll see...

That looks pretty good. Sort of like a stackable LL. However, it would be better if it actually was in LL.

Magnus: er, what did i do? this isn't a pic of my micro madness entry :p

I know - was just saying thanks to you, Mr. Petrol. :woot:

So I haven't played RCT in some odd years since I was a Parkmarker and was compelled to download it and play again one day when I was bored. I still hate RCT2 so I'm working with LL like back in the day...Might become active again, but for now I'll just post some screens of what I've been doing. They're all roughly unfinished...

    gorgeous stuff.

It's nice but kind of outdated
  • Ge-Ride%s's Photo
Those are good screens, even if they are outdated, for their asthetic value which most more recent players, including myself, don't come anywhere near. Also, check out darkfire's Codex trainer for LL in his New RCT Trainer topic if you haven't already. You can do things with that trainer in LL that you could only dream of before.

OH MY GOD. Fanatic of RCT!!!??? It's been a long time since you've been here. Even though when i joined you weren't active i looked at your Parkmaker page and loved your work hoping someday you would come back. Anyways nice stuff you got there. Looking to see how this develops. :)

I don't even play this game any more, but I really like that Fanatic. Its so old looking, that it looks original and new.

So I've been playing a lot which is strange...Figured I'd post another pic. It's not as lively around here as it used to be...
Just a pic of the entrance I'm working on. Haven't entirely convinced myself on it, but yeah, it's something.

Edit: Updated the pic to what it looks like now...

Very classy JDP. Maybe a bit more foliage though. A bush or two in the open space would probably suffice.

Woofenskid, I think the problem with not just that screen but with all of your stuff is that it seems like you're afraid to spend a lot of time on one certain area. For example, that building doesn't fit in with anything. It just kind of sits alone in the grass. If that's an unfinished screen though, then I apologize.
  • woofenskid%s's Photo
    Well... Shit.

    You're right.
