Never really been a fan of building a ride/coaster RIGHT on the edge of the map like that... other than that, looks good.

    Hack like a Winhacker...
  • Levis%s's Photo
well I can't find it in there. only how to move a entrance and exit of a coaster. that can be done with a dummy station.
here I can just change the place of the entrance and exit realativly easy.

that can have its uses, yes. so gee didnt use this for that couster in belmont?
  • Levis%s's Photo
I think not. maybe he did. but he didn't share how he did it so I had to find out myself nontheless. this is only a first step to something way bigger ;) . which hopefull will work.

Guys, lesson 1 when you visit NE.

#1. Levis is the best hacker of RCT2.

Levis, did you duplicated the landtile to the position where the exit is now and then you removed the old one? Or did you cloned the station to the other place and deleted the old one?

Explain to me how do you misspell "coaster" on a coaster game fan site?

levis: can you build stuff on the tiles where the peeps are walking?
I guess those tiles are treated as exit tiles by the game itself, so it should be possible to just 0-clearance, right?

they are completly empy you can build whatever you want there.
also the entrance can be moved the same way.

@ cena -> no, I found where the location of the entry and exit point of a ride are stored so I moved that. then the peeps go there, but if there isn't a hut they just start walking arround, so I moved the hut there also.

Can you move the entrance point only horizontal or can you move it also to a higher/lower clearence? If so, then I think you have found out what you were looking for with the teleport hack I think.

oh, i like that. do they take the fastest route to the exit or can you make them go past obstacles too?

You could probably create a marching band or sumin :P

    They take the fastest route.
If you look at S.P.Q.R. you will see a similar effect on the peeps entering the coaster.

You do not even need winhack for this - if you go for a coaster.
Simply merge a coaster train from one station onto a complete circuit and make it have a station. The peeps will enter at the station the train cannot come back to and move to the station of the circuit across the map. Place the one hut with the station at the dead end and the other hut with the "real" station. Maybe I still have a screenshot of this. I came across this when gee and I planned something that never got very far at all ...

like I said for coasters you can use a dummy station. but I wanted it for flatrides also ;) .

@ cena -> I can move it in height. but I have to move the entrance and exit both to that height. there is only 1 variable for the station height, and both the entrance and exit look at that. if you have two stations where 1 has the entrance and 1 the exit you can move it whereever you want. but than you can use a dummy station again also.
