but the persons who made them do have certain rights. i don't know who made this particular one, but he could sue them, no doubt about that.

no, unfortunately we don't. but we have people who are kind enough to spend their time to create logos for creators and our site so we can release something with nice presentation. you don't just take that and use it to promote your own ride on another rct site.

It would be the same if I released El Encierro or any other thing, on a other website, saying it is mine. Which is a really bad thing. 


But you don't know the person who did that, maybe it is an 11 year old child, that didn't know it was illegal and just used it because  he liked it. 

I think it is a compliment more than any thing else. It's still a dam nice logo so who ever made it should be proud.

I agree it is slightly cheeky without our consent but we edit other object creators items all the time. It's all in the name of evolving RCT to suit our needs.

i could've sworn there was something like this a few years ago under iris's administration, but they were just using the images, not using them in the game. i think they reported it and the guy got banned.
