Been absent a bit I think the last few week(s), having some serious personal issues but I do have a screen for you all, I can't show much about the building yet, it is the biggest thing I will ever build I think and it takes up a lot of space + time, so I can't show you that yet, this is the main entrance of it.   

I like building fountains  

Make the surface under those topiaries on the fountain brown
I also don't think it would be that hard to continue the guide rails diagnol, maybe your missing an object though

How is that relevant?

NCS is much more difficult to effectively pull off. It's like painting with only one big fat brush. You can't get as many small details into your art, so it's much harder to make it look good. Also, using NCS makes you think outside the box. (Even more so with LL.) Because you don't have as many custom pieces to work with, you have to be a bit more inventive to get the look you're going for.

It's actually really fun once you get going on a NCS park. And if you manage to do it right, your park will have a uniquely pleasant vibe that no custom scenery can match.

*ahem* For an attepmt with NCS, it looks good. I'd make it tan, though, and maybe (if you have it) make it out of art deco.
