Bring some 1x4 or 1x8 things off your building a bit more. They look kinda boxed atm. Maybe change the path to the red brick one you have near the bottom of the screen as the brown one is too light. It doesn't look right where you have a number of shades of brown on the buildings already. After that I'm counting three walls surrounding the path. Change at least one so they are the same as the change in texture is too apparent here.

Do them if you like but once you do I'm sure your'll have a winner. Its a really nice composition, it just needs a few touch ups to make it appear better.

Is there a theme?

I dislike the trees and the abundance of non matching textures. It's not bad at all though.

use more 1/8th and 1/4th like J K said to give your buildings more depth and texture.

Yeah he meant just switch the barrel roll to the opposite direction

leave it the way it is. that's the right way to do it in rct. otherwise the transition looks horrible.
